Hey Doctor Rowe! I’ve been battling TMJ for about 5 years now and when I found your video on exercises I was hesitant but willing to try! Hello dear doctor, I am 32 years old i have sciatic for two years when i doing figar four excersie i fell very pain, my glute is very tight i can not doing figarfour, I can not seat on chair, the pain shotiong my leg pain pleas help me!
