    Thank you very much for these exercises. I really need them. My core is very, very, weak due to a past injury. I can't even do a sit up right now so hopefully these exercises will help me to my core strengthen back up.

    Hi Dr Michael Rowe with due respect...God bless U for sharing the videos for Sicaitica pain butt pain all the pain went as I don't do for two days exercises or carry some heavyweight then my pain start on my butt left side back ...regularly can't do exercise I become tired doing my work at home ...but anyway age factor too ...but still I thanks so much for sharing the videos...it help many many people's stay blessed ...God bless u n shine your name in sky ...❤❤❤❤

    I’ve had a bad lumbar back for about 25 years, consequently my muscles are very weak, have been trying these and I must say they’ve made a difference! As you say, strong front and back muscles protect your back

    Hey Doctor Rowe! I’ve been battling TMJ for about 5 years now and when I found your video on exercises I was hesitant but willing to try! I stuck with it, did them every day and while my TMJ is not cured I genuinely feel worlds better due to your tips and tools. My quality of life is so much better now and I’m so grateful for you!

    I already do most of these and they work. The one I also do is the side plank raise. 3 sets of 30.

    Got bit into my left hand index finger joint's sheath. Extremely painful & needed surgical washing out. Finger is like a thumb bloated with ridged healing; l keep wiggling it too help circulation & nerve fixing. The feral cat which was attacking my elderly one was dreaded by strangulation.
