I'm not someone who needs lots of variety during the week so these days, for breakfast I alternate between yogurt bowls and cottage cheese bowls and for lunch tuna salad and egg salad. I have some easy go to's for dinner which is usually vegan.
You are absolutely right!! Any time I've been successful with weight loss it was due to meal prep. I didn't even go to the gym daily and I saw results.
Awesome, thanks Melissa, I did all my chia puddings for next 4 mornings and I'm 100percent in for the prep, it's chicken for next 4 days for lunch and it's beef and mushroom for dinners! It's actually really exciting and I'm going to drink tea if I feel like eating more!! ;-) 🎉

I can lunch or dinner that you would like to make. But also all the meals come with the ingredients measures out for you as well.

100% agree and I use the same method. Cook a load of roasted veg, protein (fish) and diced potatoes in the oven all at once. It also reduces energy costs as I make the most of the oven being on. I also pre-cut a lot of raw veg in strips to add to salad/eat as a snack. If going out for the day I’ll take my own snack of piece of fruit, nuts and piece of cheese in a small box.

My problem is sauces....im not too keen on zero calorie sauces. Wld love to know a zero/low calorie homemade sauce to drizzle on top to add moisture to food

Well, that depends. Are the leftovers for you or someone else? Take out any food that has gone bad. Get food containers that are specifically for your meal prep and label them so no one else will eat them if you're sharing the fridge with others.

Meal prep has always been helpful for me. That was how I was able to stay on track throughout the week. I save the fancy dishes for days off/weekends.
