I've been doing pretty good so far increasing protein intake but I have to make my diet in a way that balances achieving my aesthetic goals because I really want to get rid of this stuff and belly fat but also building bone density for my osteoporosis treatment, definitely we don't need sugar in our diet but fruits and vegetables have natural sugar and they're healthy but what about dried fruits? I read that dates and prunes are good for bone health there's actually a study that showed prunes help with reversing osteoporosis but dried fruits have more sugar than fresh fruits but are they still healthy because they're fruits? I drink both plant milk and dairy milk but is plant milk better than dairy milk because dairy milk has more sugar even though it's also natural but what would be more better to lose belly fat while still getting my bones healthy?

    • @MelissaNeill

I love this video. Good job Melissa.
I started exercising a few times a week mid September. Ive gotten a little toned already. Try, but i cant get more than 70 grams of protein per day. I eat 2 meals daily. Im going to keep trying. Ive increased my dumbells to 12 lbs from 10. Im 58 and five 10. I eat mostly healthy, but do splurge.
I am enjoying the process and know that i will increase muscle and lose fat gradually. You are an inspiration!

@Alice Jones have you considered buying a quality protein powder? They're generally low-fat, high protein, and can be used in a number of creative ways. Sometimes, I add protein powder to yogurt, sometimes oatmeal. I make protein/oat/banana bars all the time.
