Thank you so much for this video,I discovered your channel about two months ago and have been doing this routine every morning before my morning jog, and at night before bed. for the first time in my life I am experiencing a pain free period, no back pain. In my experience kegels make my endometriosis pain worse, same with crunches and sit-ups. But exept for the kegels I really love everything about this video. And if I just skip the kegels it makes me feel so much better and is good to do even when i'm in pain. I've been doing this video daily and it really helps me alot! Thank you so much!
I have to say that I love this workout. I was just recently told that I have uterine fibroids by my GYN. Which I kind of figured out when I has getting very heavy periods, cramping, and stomach bloating. I am not sure what needs to be done yet, still waiting to get my ultrasound next week. I started to research more holistic ways to reduce the fibroids, or at least the symptoms caused from them. I came across your video and have been doing this once a day for almost a week now. I feel stretched, relaxed, and my lady bits feel like they are getting a nice little massage as well. I will continue to do this workout, even if or when I need surgery to remove the fibroids. Thanks for this! I suffer extreme pain from endometriosis adhesions and this helped. I want to ask, did you get the surgery before naturally conceiving/ivf? I am trying to conceive but doctor suggests ivf before any surgery as surgery can damage the ovaries.

Thank you. Please explain the difference between this exercise and yoga. Since I do qigong, I don't want to do yoga. Doing both is not recommended, even if I don't understand why. I watched a RUclips video once, A guy has MD and CMD and was doing research about energy medicine in the UK, he recommended picking one and not doing both.
I love this video. This is day 2 of this one and the other one you have for endo. I would love more targeted for this. While I was doing it I felt a "tug" on my side that hurt a little bit but the pain left instantly. I feel more loose and relaxed. Back pain a little better and yesterday I walked for a whole hour with my husband and had so much stamina and no pain until about the end of the walk. My husband said he could tell I had worked out before our walk due to my stamina and it was just day one 😅. I love your step by step and how sweet and caring you sound ☺.

I watch\work jessica’s both peiod cramps vid and this, my mid section seriously started to move. I can hear the sounds and feel little movements. I love jessica’s way of teaching because she always explains evvvvverything (so i can understand what m i doing and make it really work for me) and she reminds that i shall do what my body can afford.
I didn't have large fibroids , but I had over 50 of them on my uterus . On the outside, inside in the walls and in and on the outside of my tubes . My symptoms were extreme pain for three weeks out of the month . I had five kids so at 32 I had a hysterectomy and have never regretted it . Dr.ukabuo surprised I got pregnant for the last two since my tubes appeared to be blocked .
I have cystic endometrial hyperplasia now. After my post operation and removal of one right ovary I didn't have periods for 4 months. My periods started from January 4 with regular periods but in February and March I faced prolonged period and was detected with cystic endometrial hyperplasia and simple cysts. Wat is d size of ur endometriosis. I diagnosed recently n its 1 inch in size . Sometimes painfully as well . M 38 n single.
U mentioned castor oil patches does they really help in reducing or finishing endometriosis cysts ?

In general Pilates is considered safe for fibromyalgia but you always want to listen to your body and talk to your doctor!
