    hello Jessica, I have endo stage 4 and just come off zoladex after 6 months I have just had my first flaire since the medication has worn off and you were the first thing I thought of and your routine has helped calm the pain of my flaire.
    I was rushed to hospital with a ruptured cyst in August when i was also diagnosed with endometriosis. This video helped me with my recovery and gave me confidence that there are natural things that can help. thank you so much and please know that I will be doing your video many many more times. thank you again

    I have been doing Pilates for about 2 weeks now with just following the steps on this video! It literally makes me feel super relaxed! Endo is super painful so I am glad I bumped into this video🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍

    Thank you so much for this video,I discovered your channel about two months ago and have been doing this routine every morning before my morning jog, and at night before bed. for the first time in my life I am experiencing a pain free period, no back pain. I feel so 'stretched' and flexible. Thank you for helping me, it still feels so unreal, and yes i do have moderate endometriosis. but I hardly feel anything any more. My skin has cleared, I'm in a very better mood. Only now do I realize how much damage endo had done to me both physically and emotionally. God bless you

    Oh my God I dont know how to thank you for this. I had so much pain and tightness due to endometriosis and i applied castor oil packs which was a big relief and now your yoga made me feel stretch in every muscle and tendon in my abdomen felt like they came back to life..thank you so much :*

    Thank to God, I find your video. A month ago I was diagnosed with cysts and my doctor recommend surgery. But I haven't done anything, I tried to do healthy lifestyle such as eating healthy food, less-stress, and do more yoga. Thank you Jessica.

    The figure 4 literally released tears from me, not from pain but emotionally. I don’t know what this means. I really struggled with the last move, even though I used to dance and do it all the time. I could barely walk my hands a few steps in front & my saddle legs were not as wide as yours. Thank you for this. I will aim to do this daily for the next 2 weeks to a month then move to every other day.

    Thank you so much. I had endometriosis. I tried this workout for 6 months and changed my diet, then I took ultrasound, no cyst. I had baby girl naturally.

      Am final a mother today , because of fibroids my tubes was block for 6years I and my husband was having issue because of my situation no child when I was Searching online on RUclips about fibroids I saw a testimony about him so I write him and place order for his herbal today I have 3months old baby now he can help you too Herb's work like magic.

    What a great video! I have just been diagnosed with endometriosis with adhesions and I'm recovering from laparoscopic surgery. I have concerns about adhesions forming again and I have so much tension in my back and core as a result of chronic pain so I'm really pleased I've discovered this video. Once I feel ready I will be using this video regularly to manage my symptoms. Thank you so much. :)

    In my experience kegels make my endometriosis pain worse, same with crunches and sit-ups. But exept for the kegels I really love everything about this video. And if I just skip the kegels it makes me feel so much better and is good to do even when i'm in pain. I've been doing this video daily and it really helps me alot! Thank you so much!

      Unfortunatly I had to have surgery because it was putting me in really bad state, I even got sciatic nerve damage , so it was better for me to get rid of it

    I recently found your channel and it's already become an evening ritual. Your videos address so many issues I've been dealing with.
    I used to be very active and did a lot of swing dancing. But that changed when I met my now husband who is a disabled veteran and has rods in both ankles. He's never discouraged me but I've chosen to do things we both can do and enjoy. Now I'm trying to find a balance between where I'm at and where I was. Your channel is helping tremendously.

    Pilates Happy Hour Hi, ive started do one of your videos almost every day. i like that i can pick and choose. i find them a bit quick sometimes and i have to keep pausing them to get myself in the right position! But hopefully ill get a bit quicker as i continue. I'd like more videos for lower back and scoliosis sufferers :)

    I love this video. This is day 2 of this one and the other one you have for endo. I would love more targeted for this. While I was doing it I felt a "tug" on my side that hurt a little bit but the pain left instantly. I feel more loose and relaxed. Back pain a little better and yesterday I walked for a whole hour with my husband and had so much stamina and no pain until about the end of the walk. My husband said he could tell I had worked out before our walk due to my stamina and it was just day one 😅. I love your step by step and how sweet and caring you sound ☺.

    I watch\work jessica’s both peiod cramps vid and this, my mid section seriously started to move. I can hear the sounds and feel little movements. I love jessica’s way of teaching because she always explains evvvvverything (so i can understand what m i doing and make it really work for me) and she reminds that i shall do what my body can afford.

    I have endometriosis and today my menstrual cycle was just killing my ovaries. I don't know what about this but the beginning of the video I was bawling not only because of the pain but felt deeper than that. Thanks for this video I will try to use it daily

    Great video! I can barely go down to my fingers on the last stretch but the whole routine felt amazing! I was just diagnosed with a fibroid. It's small so I'm hoping to shrink it with natural remedies and exercise. Thanks for posting. :)

    I didn't have large fibroids , but I had over 50 of them on my uterus . On the outside, inside in the walls and in and on the outside of my tubes . My symptoms were extreme pain for three weeks out of the month . I had five kids so at 32 I had a hysterectomy and have never regretted it . Dr.ukabuo surprised I got pregnant for the last two since my tubes appeared to be blocked .

    I have to say that I love this workout. I was just recently told that I have uterine fibroids by my GYN. Which I kind of figured out when I has getting very heavy periods, cramping, and stomach bloating. I am not sure what needs to be done yet, still waiting to get my ultrasound next week. I started to research more holistic ways to reduce the fibroids, or at least the symptoms caused from them. I came across your video and have been doing this once a day for almost a week now. I feel stretched, relaxed, and my lady bits feel like they are getting a nice little massage as well. I will continue to do this workout, even if or when I need surgery to remove the fibroids. Thanks for sharing.
