I have endometriosis, I recently had surgery to remove the cysts and I’ve been put on the pill to stop my periods. Since coming on the pill my stomach has been severely bloated and uncomfortable, I have been going to the doctors for IBS and they said 90% I have. I am having tests done soon x
After bile surgery I have issue with digestion and stomach/gizzard disorder I dont know it is help for stomach/gizzard disorder but I felt better after doing this exercises Thank you !

Hi Jessica do you think this will help with the tightness of endometriosis muscles before exercising and dealing with when we have bad pain ?I tore an ab muscle with doing my normal exercises during the pain when I got diagnosed and I'm truly scared of doing it again.

Jessica am suffering from endometriosis, i had surgery in feb 2019 but they could clear only my left side and i had a baby in dec 2018. now i think i have diastasis recti too in addition to endometriosis. havent been able to conceive again and i feel discomfort in my right side and also my belly feels numb( some say its because of the surgery)... can you please suggest or send me link of routine that would help in all issues ie endometriosis, diastasis recti and infertility?
