Hi Jessica, I thank God for this videos. I was diagnosed with Endometriosis and removed my right ovary for couple of months ago. Just currently, I've been experiencing pain and even almost depression. I was searching randomly on RUclips about how to manage Endo and here I came across your video. I followed this exercise and I feel relieved. Also, as I listened to you, I feel comforted. I even cried because I felt like I found out that I am not alone with this journey. I hope you would be able to read my comment. Thank you, and God bless you!
This video / channel honestly saved my life. I was stuck in a pain cycle for 8 months after my laprascopic surgery for endometriosis. I had no direction from any professionals and my surgeon left the country quickly after my surgery so i never had a follow up. I was terriffied, i couldn't move, lift a bag of groceries, or wall more than 20 minutes without flaring up my pain and winding up in bed or on the couch again. I had so much inflammation and congestion in my pelvis that anything I did would hurt. I felt like I completely lost my life after battling for so long and the surgery felt like the cherry on top of my pain. After 8 months of no progress, I was sure the surgery made everything worse. My self confidence suffered, i gained so much inflammation weight none of my clothes fit, pants actually hurt to wear. I started to believe life as I knew it was in the past and this is who I am now, i wished i could go back and deal with the old pain over this new pain. It wasn't until I came across Jessica's channel. I started doing this workout 2x a week to get some sort of control over my movement and pain. I remember crying the first time I watched it because It truly feels like she understood how hard it can be because she's been there too and talks about her journey it in a relational way. Eventually I started doing it every morning, i found amazing womens health resources that taught me alot about diet and supplements and the journey finding home in my body again started. After about 6 weeks I purchased her actual endometriosis workout that is 45 minutes long. It's been 2 years since surgery, I'm back to being my active self, I can bike, hike, snowboard and i dont approach anything with doubt that itll hurt me anymore. I still have bad days with endo and pcos (lucky me !) but I can always come back to her videos and get the inspiration, the support, and the movement i need most in my hips and pelvis and regain that control over my pain. Thank you so much Jessica!!!
I'm getting ready to have open abdominal hysterectomy and I hope this really helps me, too. I decided to do this exercise before my surgery, especially because OBGYN put me on Depo Provera. It's making me shoot up with pain. Hearing how this helped you motivates me to continue with this exercise.
I used to wake up in the middle of the night in so much pain. But since I started this exercise before bedtime I am not experiencing pain anymore for a month now, it made me sleep easier as well. Thanks to you!! You are a blessing😊
Adenomyosis girl here. Thank you so much for your help, I'm almost crying in gratefulness. Always when I get my adenomyosis pains, before I black out I try to come here. Already afraid for my day, for my body. Crunched and panicking. Then I start doing this with your video and in the end I am always AMAZED how much of the pain and the stress went away. THANK YOU SO MUCH, you are a true inspiration

Thanks so much for this workout. I’m diagnosed with endometriosis, and the doctor gave me pills good for 6 months but I stopped after 2 days of taking it because of allergic reactions. I started doing this exercise 4 days ago and it helps me ease the pain. I got my period now and it’s not hurting that bad. Thank you so much

Thank you so much for this video, I'm on my first day of period, so the endometriosis symtoms are flaring up like crazy and it hurts so bad, I cannot breathe sometimes. This workout helped to relax my crisis and I'm feeling better

This was so beautiful, I am having a flare-up day but then just felt like moving my body in a mindful way. Haven't been given an official diagnosis yet but this today I will do at least 2x a week. My god you're a life saver. My endo pain has been taking over my life and it sucks.
Diagnosed with stage for endometriosis in December 2020 after 18 months of misdiagnosis and incredible pain it was finally good to get answers. It’s been challenging to accept and find what works, overtime you learn. I have a question for you every time that you went back to have more surgery was it a longer period in between that you were okay or did it get increasingly worse? I’m curious because I’m at 2 year mark and when I get that pain I’m thinking should I go back for more ?
Omg I just did this and my pain is gone on the first time doing this I had a tightness that ms been here since my surgery I’m going to do this everyday
I loved this! Ive recently had to stop weightlifting due to endo and its been hard. I was worries about pilates since it uses a lot of core but this was okay :) few twinges here and there but overall, no/little pain. Thank you so much :))
Every deep stretch felt so intense i started crying each time. I don't know why, maybe my brain just feels so happy it found some relief that it teared up?
Hi Jessica, this made me cry! I’m in stage 4. I had an IVF but unfortunately it was unsuccessful.I have a question. You had your surgery before pregnancy or after? Thank you ❤
Thank you, thank you, thank you so much for this video. I've been in pain for days and didn't sleep last night because of my fibroid pain. After doing this my pain stopped.
I watch this often and do this often and it helps so much the only thing I'd change is less talking whilst doing the exercise. Maybe this reduce the time too. Quicker the exercise the better. Take care 😀.

Hi Jessica... I'm so glad i am across your video... i have been struggling with endometriosis... this has helped me so much thank you
Thank you so much for this video and your kind words
Thanks. This actually relieved the pain I had...
You are the best! Thanks for this video and all you do for this community.
My pleasure!

What type of pain reliever do you take when it hurts too much?
I watch this often and do this often and it helps so much the only thing I'd change is less talking whilst doing the exercise. Maybe this reduce the time too. Quicker the exercise the better. Take care 😀.
