Is there any fascia or muscles release/training that could help my sensitive tailbone? Since last Nov., when I sit on my meditation cushion (and when bike riding), my tailbone aches when I lift my butt up. I fell on my tailbone when I was a kid but this is the first time that I’m having pain there. Am thankful for any suggestions
I accidently stumbled across this video yesterday, and I just wanted to say thank you for this practice! I currently have the flu and a huge Endo flare, and this just gave me instant pain relief. Thank you so much 🫶🏽
