I hardly do comment on videos, but this is my absolute favourite lower body workout of ALL time! I stopped tiring myself and making me feel hungry with too much cardio and started loving my body differently with this workout and yoga. My body has changed and is healthier. I’m a quad dominant but wanted, not to grow a booty but just firm it and have been doing this workout with 2 kg ankle weights for 1,5 month and my glutes are starting to look aw some and my cellulite is fading away ! 😍😍 Thankyou Bailey!!!!!!🙏
I mastered this with ankle weights! 🤗 These kind of workouts were such a lifesaver when I had my ankle injury and couldn't do squats! I look forward to my floor butt workouts!
@@AstralPrincess this is my own experience but I’ve been trying to do these exercises more regularly & I’ve seen a lot of progress in building/defining the glute muscles. I’ve been weightlifting on & off for years & I really only see results in my thighs/quads and not so much my actual bum, even when doing glute targeted workouts. This has really helped define the under part of my glutes especially
i am a dancer and i like to do this routine with ankle weights on my off days to maintain my muscles!! it is SUCH a solid routine - my butt is on FIRE! i just love the pilates-bar fusion style that she uses

I did it! I work out about 6 days a week. Barre, weights etc. after this workout the next day I could barely touch my butt! Awesome workout. By the way I’m 66 and still going strong. Use it or lose it.

Hi! This is the first ever fitness video that I revisited and did more than once because for the first time I see definite change in my butt and this exercise routine does actually work!!! I just started working out and trying out pilates. I completely missed the video description where it says this is advance. I feel too out of shape for this but I powered through. Definitely going to feel the burn tomorrow. Would have preferred the legs to be alternating more. When I build up a bit more strength, I will try this one out again
Bailey I absolutely love this workout, it's my favorite! Back in 2017 I got chronic regional pain syndrome in my feet and it's really stopped me from being able to do a great leg workout because I cannot be on my feet as I workout. End of 2018 I had surgery to help both feet which made it worse so this is the only kind of leg workout I can do. I've always been very active due to mental health issues and it's saved my life so as you can imagine not being able to workout like I've always done is a challenging issue for all parts of my life. Will you please please do more of these kinds of workouts? Where you don't use your feet? I'd love to switch it up here and there. PS I am able to do some of your 5 moon leg and butt workouts as well... Keep them coming, you've saved my life!!

Thank you for the fun workout! I've been stuck in the squat and lunge cycle and feel the tightening of my range of motion. It's a good reminder to work the other muscles in the glutes as well. It was painfully fun!

Just add hip thrusts with progressive overload and less sweets, or healthier options 🍑🍑

I find that if I untuck the toe, laying the top of the foot flat on the floor, it takes pressure off the knee
Put an extra yoga Matt just under your knees. It helps me a lot!

I loved this. It was pretty intense. I can only do floor workouts as I have major foot problems so I’d like to see a whole lot more floor workouts.
