Hi BB- i love your workouts- l would like to see more quad - thigh workouts that put definition in the leg if you . i love what do everything is working i just would like to be more challenged - also is there any workout for getting rid of cellulite in the thighs . currently i do your cellulite workout for the bac of the thighs that works awesome,, but need something for them quads honey . chelle chelle a big fan of yours take care
I was PMSing and gave into the DAIRY AND CHOCOLATE AHHH!! The best thing to do it just forget it happened and not feel guilty or beat yourself up. You are doing an amazing job and it's totally fine to treat yourself as long as you try your best to keep it healthy when you can xx
