I’m considering joining the app. But had a few questions. Does anybody know if there is a weekly schedule? Are there any yoga options? Workouts under 20 minutes?
I appreciate the 15-20 minutes ones because sometimes that's all I have in the morning and I also appreciate the little show of the modification and how also you show how to modify for no jumping

I have a complicated relationship with exercise and tend to overdo it in an unsafe way. But you help me work out smarter and with more compassion towards myself. Great 20 minute workout - can’t find it on my Barre Definition app which is too bad as there are commercials right in the middle of the workout. Please put up on the app. It’s great when I need a quick full body!
