I am 76 and had problems with sciatica now by God's grace i started to do light workouts. I am able to do these exercises and beginning to feel strenghtened and invigorated. I am coping well with these exercises. Thanks a lot. God bless you.

I found your workouts first when I started two months ago to do this on a daily basis and since then tried some other trainers but none were as good as you, so I stay with you and I let myself be surprised every day what I will do that day. Some are really hard to get through, others are much easier, so its always a surprise. This one was really the best so far since it combined cardio with my dumbbell training that I do 3 times a week. I did it with 3,5 kg per hand and that was very doable. Please more of those it was real fun!

This one kicked my butt (in the best way possible)! Even subbing just walking sometimes and 'calmer' strength moves in Rnd 4 to regulate my hr a bit, my Fitbit says I earned 97 'zone minutes' and burned 619 calories! 😯
