I like how you alternated cardio and weights in each set! That kept me pushing through the weights knowing the whole set wasn't weights especially if it got challenging!! Another great sweaty workout!! Thanks for all the great workouts!!!
I love these Metabolic Cardio Strength workouts. I love the compound moves in between the weight moves. The combination really works for me. In addition, I now add intermittent running to all of the workouts and feel strong, strengthened and fit.
I conquered lol... This was perfect... I used both an 8 & 10Lb set plus a 12Lb dumbbell some of the single dumbbell moves... So far today I have consumed 40oz of water towards my daily gallon goal... According to my Samsung Watch 4 set to general workout mode I burned 433 calories... Today's green smoothie is a mix of red & green cabbage spinach banana pineapple mango & flax oil blended with water... Have A Great Day Everyone 😊
Been doing traditional weight training all this time. This my first time doing alt cardio & strength. Loveeeeee! Super sweaty!! Burned 400cal in 40mins. Im going to incorporate this kinda exercise into my routine next week onwards ❤

I am nearly 59 and did this video today with my nearly 29 year old daughter. We made it through two rounds and that kicked our butts. It made my knee hurt so I wont be doing it -at least for a long while. We then went to a 20 minute walking workout to get our minutes in! I think this is a very effective workout when your able and ready to do it. Thanks BurpeeGirl for creating a variety of content. Do you have anything you would recommend that is more beginner weights and a little more knee friendly?
