On the past three years I have never commented on your channel, before for which I am sorry, I`ve been following since 2020, honestly, I have much to thanks, you have improve my overall being, and consequently my father who is reaching his 70`s, he was inspired by my transformation and thus he started working out again, his blood pressure improve so much after a couple of months, that was almost 2 years ago, me on the other side, I have reach the point where I did your 25 min hardcore hit cardio before this set and I felt it like a good warm up, so many thanks, I know many of you may read this and perhaps think I am boasting, but not at all, I understand your struggle, I was there too, thanks to Jesus Christ I am a reborn men, and I have found a purpose in my life, I know that if you seek him you will find the peace that you are looking after. Thank you Kay, hope your channel keeps on growing, remember that the body is just the temple of the holy spirit, and we should not live just for it, there are many other beautiful things out there waiting for you. This is a tough workout but it's so centering for me. My thoughts and mind were frustrated obsessive and negative re: body image. This stopped the negative mind spin and I found clarity in thoughts of what's most important. I agree with another follower that thought this workout was peaceful. No chaos here. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Repeated this workout for the fourth or fifth time - whenever I feel in need for a strong but at the same time soothing routine, I come back to this one. It totally calms my mind, it‘s magic 😊. Again, thank you!

Ich mag Workouts für zu Hause generell. Insbesondere liebe ich es, wenn nicht all zu viel gequatscht wird, rechtzeitig die nächste Übung angeteasert wird und angezeigt wird, wie viel Prozent oder Anteil des Workouts man bereits geschafft hat, denn das motiviert mich am Ball zu bleiben, wenn es mal einen Moment gibt, wo es etwas anstrengender ist. Das alles finde ich hier wieder 🎉🎉🎉🎉 Die Übungen selbst sind Ideal für alle Fitnesslevels, denn man kann ja auch weniger oder (beim 2. Durchgang der Übungen) gar kein Gewicht nehmen und wenn man mal 10 Sekunden länger Pause braucht, dann kann man kurz auf Pause drücken also alles im eigenen Tempo ohne dass irgendwer "judged". Vielen Dank ich empfehle sehr gerne weiter. 😉
