Carlos did not look like he felt well. He was a bit flat, hardly smiled and kept using ice towels despite it being a very cool London day. He even looked a bit flushed at the post match chat. However he's a clutch beast and pulled it together to win. What a performance by Carlos.
Carlos loves the drama! In the early stages of matches when things are seemingly smooth sailing, he checks out and restores his opponents’ confidence and momentum. He seeks out the thrills but we fans end up with so much tension in our bodies.

One thing I can say about Tiafoe is he is NOT a " showboat" Probably the most grounded and humble of those he came up with in juniors through to the ATP.. You have no idea what you are talking about.
That was a “thriller”??? C’mon. That was a poor quality match from Carlos. Couldn’t return serve, hitting long, hitting into the net. He finished strong, yes. Your hype is undeserved.
