In this episode, we have MyLing whom had never held a tennis racquet before this 101 tennis initiation lesson.
Many would try to cover forehand, backhand, serve in the first lesson yet it is often discouraging for the new comer that has NEVER held a tennis racquet before. Before diving super technical, it is important to make beginners have fun and that involves getting a rally going.
There is no age to start learning tennis as everyone can enjoy the sport. We do put emphasis on learning the sport the right way through certified instructors and coaches.
