I boil boneless chicken breast for my Huskies as well to go on a small helping of dry dog food. My veges are mixed with rice and either tuna or salmon. I will also, some nights, skip the rice and just eat the veges and fish.

Today I try one bite and here we go again, pain. 3 food that I always ate.. I don't really understand and i'm mad because it's my favorites vegetables
I never watch my calories intake. I focus more in nutrition and what my body need. Anything good to improve my health, i do it. No hardcore diets, no extreme fasting, daily regular moderate exercise, are enough to keep me well and out of troubles. My BMI remain stable the same all my life. Am now 70 and still don't watch out for calories. Eat in moderation, eat good healthy foods, keep moving and active, you can never gain weight, unless your body requires some special needs and that it is not functioning properly. I tried raw cauliflower and it gave me terrible heartburn. I tried cooking and mashing. I can still taste the cauliflower. We don’t eat as much broccoli as we used to. Ate it so often we burned out.
I've taught ´my taste buds to like Broccoli because it's healthy, I used to hate it. Cauliflower is just NOGO I feel like I have to throw up when I smell it. 😂 Well I have pre-diabetes so I'm just looking to not provoke type 2. I'm into fitness and have low organ (bottom 25% for my age group) fat and 18% body fat. Just got the news that I have this condition so I will be cutting down on unhealthy carbs. 😔 I will miss my latte macchiatos but I'm getting used to Espresso with a little shot of full cream.
How many out tonight and bought a cauliflower it’s gonna last me about six meals six days, after that, I’m going to switch to broccoli and for March I’m going to go bread free for one month that’ll be difficult

Cauliflower and broccoli are high in goitrogens, so too much will mess with your thyroid function and weight loss. You also previously promoted leafy greens, which are high in oxalates which trash your kidneys.

For stuff like pasta, rice or potatoes i roast cauliflower and replace half or more of those things BUT still enjoy at least some of our favorites.

Try not eating them for a while, too much fiber. Cleanse and try adding little by little. Hope that helps.

Broccoli microgreens are even better. More nutrient dense than the full grown plants.
