    • @floobertuber
      @floobertuber 5 месяцев назад +1

      Glucose usually get checked (at least here in the USA midwest, it does), but unless you're already a diabetic, they do NOT check hbA1C, fasting insulin, inflammatory markers like C Reactive Protein, cortisol levels, LDL particle size breakdown, etc., etc. No effort or discussion is given to insulin resistance and metabolic dysfunction in most "healthy" patients. It's virtually impossible to take modern medicine seriously when we suffer from such high levels of diabetes, cancer, and cardiovascular disease, yet these important measurements are basically ignored en-masse. HEY DOCTORS - news flash - the way you prevent metabolic disease, and all the awful things that follow from it, is to keep an eye on these things BEFORE they become chronic illness. Quit just throwing drugs at the problem after the damn horse has left the burning barn.

      Let's not forget the fact that the living word tells us that Satan has great powers
      and power on this Earth.
      The Bible scriptures also tell us that when Adam and Eve sinned that Satan became the God of this Earth for now
      until our Father in Heaven comes and sets up His Kingdom to bring love and peace among all men.
      The scriptures tell us that God allows Satan to use fire, windstorms, and tornadoes to bring death because it's part of God's overall purpose and plan for all men to repent.
      It would be wise for you to read and study God's word from the beginning and ask our Father for guidance to understand it.

    He showed the Eat to Live diet book, basically a vegetarian diet. I dropped 30 pounds following this, my doctor was amazed at how quickly my A1C lowered to normal. Doc stopped bugging me to take Metformin. This guy describes the Keto diet which has good points too. I follow a diet till it's no longer easy, then switch to a new healthy diet. Works like a charm.

      I buy mine at a Whole Foods store where they sell them in bulk, and buy just a small bag. Eat two on a Wednesday, then rotate my nuts the other days-walnuts on Thursday, cashews on Friday, pecans on Saturday, etc.; not my exact rotation, but you get my drift. So 10 Brazil nuts can last a whole month, because they are so big you only need 2 a week rotating your nuts, and they’ll last the whole month.

    • @davidanderson8469
      @davidanderson8469 2 года назад

      The increase in peanut allergies is a result of not exposing them to small amounts as kids. I'm 72 and all us kids ate peanuts frequently. I don't remember friends getting any of these New Age allergies. I'll concede there are people that are deadly allergic to peanuts but nutritional scientists are finding that many were never fed peanuts or even peanut butter when they were young. Exposing them to small but increasing amounts of peanuts as kids seems to free them from a life of peanut fear.

      @@drleo6409 Oxalic acid or oxalates are two-carbons and four-oxygen molecules that bind minerals like calcium and form crystals. It is found in a variety of seeds, nuts and many vegetables. It's a highly reactive compound that is attracted to positively charged minerals, that not only can cause kidney stones, (calcium oxalate kidney stones) but also may be responsible for other health problems related to inflammation, auto-immunity, mitochondrial dysfunction, mineral balance, connective tissue integrity, urinary tract issues and poor gut function.

    Please add pili nuts, a delicacy from the Philippines, particularly the Bicol Region. The thing is, what is commercially available is the sugar or honey glazed variety.

    OMG! Just saw your #1 nut is almond…Reason they could be making people thin is because of all the anti-nutrients (OXALATE) in them. All the nutrients in these nuts are bonded to oxalate. I became almost anorexic after being on the Virgin diet and my spinach smoothies.

      soak almonds in plenty of water overnight, then peal them and eat them. That's how almonds should be consumed

      What is the reason for soaking and then peeling almonds before eating them?

      @@ckdoui Soaking them will sprout them and will reduce some anti nutrients but will INCREASE THE SOLUBLE OXALATE TOXIN and destroy your kidneys and other organs later!
