I'm sitting here with my jaw on the floor!
I had a feeling I was pretty close to having it, the big D!!
I have been in denial until now.
I've got so many of the skin symptoms like 11/15!
I'm am freaking out, scared to death. I'm 57 and I've gained a ton of weight over the last 5yrs, period stopped like 3-4 yrs ago. Having chronic low back pain, swelling in my feet plus pain in the feet.
Carpal tunnel in my left wrist. I thought it was due to doing hair for 30+ yrs.
All that said, I'm not the one that goes to the Dr. Ever. Especially now knowing how big pharma has the drs by the short and curlys!
I'm going to try to jump on this thing without the professionals help.
I've got a nordic trak treadmill, and a chuck norris total gym in my livingroom collecting dust!! Thanks in advance, you may have just saved my life!!
      New sub here from Alabama!

@Cristina - How did you cut sugars out of your diet? How long did this process of elimination take for you? I've read that people can experience severe withdrawal symptoms when trying to cut out sugar. So, did you go "cold turkey", or did you gradually taper off of the sugar? Thanks for sharing your experience, and Stay Strong

@@qoiIliop The Doctor told me there's one thing he wants me to cut out completely and that is Soda!!( stated that there is 9 tablespoons in each can of soda! )I have Lost 12lbs since cutting soda from my meals. Just eat healthier choices. I drink a mineral water called Zevia and has 0 sugar, sodium, fat in all the ingredients. I also eat more greens and make healthier choices. Instead of a bag of chips I opted for natural almonds. I also check. The barcodes when I go shopping with an app called "Yuka" which indicates me other options that are better if not the right choice. I'm borderline and I am trying the best to get better! Exercise too is a must!
Follow medical advice to a tee as well. God Bless you all❤

@@qoiIliop The best way to cut out sugars is to get some stevia and monk fruit sugar. They taste like normal sugar if you mix them but no carbs ..
Then have a coffee or lemonaid with no carbs anytime you crave sugar. It will mess with your brain, It will think it's getting what it wants so you can push through. But it will suck regardless ..
You need to kill off your stomach bacteria that make you crave sugar so really you want to cut out all sugar to totally kill them off. That means no carbs at all. After they die off then you will have a different relationship to sugar. If you allow some sugar you will just keep them alive but reduce the number. Then if you ever eat carbs it will come back to live and you'll be in the same situation. That bacteria isn't good for you anyways.
you need like 2 weeks to get past it. By day 7 you'll start to feel better.

Please help us explore the different choices regarding insulin as well. Different types of insulin work differently due to additives that may have adverse effects for some patients. The goal is the patient ‘s tight control of glucose using as small an amount of insulin as possible through diet and exercise. Any help with information will be helpful and greatly appreciated.

My heart doctor recently been put me on this new heart blood pressure medicine. Diltiazem 24 hr cd and I noticed my blood sugars have been spiking really high. When I take lisinopril which doesn’t work anymore my blood sugars are normal. I’ve been pre-diabetic for many many years so I am going to order a supplement that has a combination from the now foods cause I love their products and I just want to thank you, thank you thank you, because I’m not in the mood to take met Forman medicine so I’m gonna do with your recommendations and you do it your way. I’ll keep you posted in a few months see how my blood sugars are. Thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you.

After looking at all the vitamins and supplements I would have to buy, I was heartened to hear that the one multivitamin for diabetics would help with all but 3 of the recommended supplements. When I checked out the multivitamin, I noticed that it contains D3 but no mention of K2. Wouldn't that be an issue with the D3 leeching calcium into the bloodstream?

It is possible to purchase K2 as a standalone (and some people recommend this). Personally I am a huge fan of vitamin K2 and get it for everyone in my family.

Take your vitamine supplement with a healthy oil like virgin(first pressed) olive or hennepseedoil. A teaspoon is enough. Vitamine A, D, E, K are oilsolvant. It gets better into our bodies and to the cells that way. And if you have inflamation press a lemon, put a teaspoon of tumeric and a punch of black/white or chili pepper in there, mix It well, Dilute It with water if you want to, drink It and It may work wonders.

I appreciate anybody (even doctors )that are trying to help people if you're going by what you (learned in medical school you're at least 40% wrong), case in point you said two or three thousand IU's of vitamin D3 that's a crock if you are over 20 you need at least 10000 - IU, a day no matter what age you are to maintain perfect health at that age. Every cell in the human body has to have the right levels of vitamin D3 to maintain itself to reproduce and if you don't have the right levels they can't even reproduce themselves so you cannot it's impossible to be at your maximum out at whatever age if you don't have enough vitamin D3 don't believe me research it for yourself
