Sometimes have cauliflower cheese, especially with a Sunday roast.
In the US they have California Mix wihich is cauliflower , broccoli, and some baby carrots. No added sugar or sauce.

Cauliflower mash is THE BEST!! Amazing how it tastes just like potatoes when mashed, no? I’d love to see how you make your pizza bases from it coz mine always come out soggy and wet. I’ve not been able to make a decent cauliflower pizza base yet. 🙌

I would put one or two potatoes 🥔 to make it more creamy 😅 my husband got Typ 2 diabetes some weeks ago 🥲🥲🥲
please do not put potatoes with it. Potatoes are white strachy food and will spike blood sugar. If you want to make it more creamy use blender and more organic butter. Hope that helps

Don't add potatoes add butter or cream cheese. They won't raise blood sugar.

@@hairrum yes there a number of videos on the channel. My top tip is make a list of every thing your currently eat. identify the processed foods and white starchy foods and replace them with alternatives. This way its not a massive change for you. Example swap rice with cauliflower rice. pasta with courget. potatoes with sweet potatoes
