I've been doing your dry cook cauli rice ever since I ran onto it a few months ago. BUT I remove it from its bag to cook it in the microwave for the 6 min. Lots of the moisture is gone by the time I put it in the pan and add my seasonings back in. The bag holds the moisture in while in the microwave. Cooking it in a bowl out of the bag saves lots of time in the drying out process.

Our best recipe w/cauliflower rice was making Mahlouba (a Middle Eastern dish). We cooked the beef roast in spices in the crock pot and fried some eggplant. Ee put the cauli rice in the bottom of a baking pan, put the fried eggplant down and then the beef on top and then we poured the beef soup over the meat and rice around half way. You can add more spice at this time, cover with foil and put it in the oven until the cauli rice (or real rice) is done. Making it with cauliflower made it 20x better than rice. All of the flavors mesh together and we cant stop eating it

I used Birdseye Spanish cauliflower rice and dried it in a skillet for around 10 minutes. Transfered into a bowl. Then i cut up spam in small pieces added a couple tbs. Of butter and fried it. Added some keto honey. Then i added the rice and cooked it together for a few minutes. It was fantastic.

I made honey garlic chicken tonight paired with a sticky cauli rice. First I drained it through a nut milk bag to get out the majority of the moisture. I added half a tsp of ground flaxseeds and half tsp of psyllium husk powder to absorb any left over moisture and drizzled it with a keto honey substitute!!! It was perfection!!

I have had a bag of riced cauliflower in my freezer for a few months. I don't like cauliflower and was hoping some sauce would make it palatable, but I haven't had the courage to actually use it. Until I saw this video. I just made some per your method (the stench coming out of the microwave was awful), but with frying went away. I seasoned mine with butter, garlic and taco seasoning. It came out crispy and delicious. Thank you so much. This will become a new staple in my diet. I'm also excited to try chaffles to make sandwiches with and awaiting my waffle maker from Amazon with baited breath. Excellent job!

Thank you so much for this video. It's helped me out soooo much buuut you know the step right before putting it in the dry pan I put the cauliflower in a kitchen towel and squeeze out most of the water THEN, add it to the dry pan. It cuts the time in half. 😉👍

I use a very fast hand grater that has a handle that turns. Makes Cauliflower rice in seconds. I put it straight into the pan, no water content, so already dry. I don't cook it for long, so it stays crunchy and when mixed with my dishes or spices, its just amazing.

OMG!!! Ladies y’all have done it again!!! I just made the most delicious cream-of-something-and-rice-soup ever!!!! Ok, between this and your risotto rice vid, I kind of went with both. I dry-fried the caulirice, then added butter and chopped green onions, then added sliced brats (already cooked) and chicken bullion and water. Then added HWC and cream cheese and garlic salt. OMG! It is SO good!!!! And here in Texas it just dipped into the low 40’s so it’s perfect timing for this warm goodness!!! THANK YOU!!!
