You have made me a believer in miracles. 😂 I said no way would the cucumber work. I eat cucumber slices every evening after dinner with guacamole so I already had slices and sprinkled some Splenda on one and a huge smile came across my face as I was eating watermelon 🍉. Thanks guys
I live on air fryer sausage balls. A tube of Jimmy Dean's, maybe 2 tbs alnond flour, an egg, a cup or more of shredded cheddar. Season or not. Mix up, i use a melon baller to make balls and air fry about 14 munutes. I eat cold or hot for days, then make more.
I don’t stay in ketosis anymore but I still adhere to the approved food list. I also go off plan every once in a while. I eat real watermelon and berries during the summer and sometimes pizza and cake at party. I’m doing well maintaining my weight. Trust me, you won’t gain tons of weight but it will knock you out of ketosis if that’s your goal. I also exercise and I think that helps. For the most part, I stay on plan 90% with 10% off. Great video!! Love you ladies! ❤
That's interesting...I had always wondered if you can be keto but not be in ketosis. It's been weeks since I've been in ketosis. Doesn't bother me cause I've hit my goal and guess now just maintaining
Well done!🙂. I lost a lot of pounds, still neded to loose some, went on LCHF, and gained 8 kg😢Just now I went back on keto and had 5 days of tuf ketoflu.😏
If you like salted watermelon, try my hack maybe. I peel and slice a cucumber and put it into an appropriately sized jar with LMNT Watermelon Salt and enough water to cover. Put in the fridge for a few hours! Yummy! Adjust water amount and “pickling “ time to suit your taste. 😘
I saw the one where you added the instant potatoes, and it inspired me to experiment. I've been using radishes as a potato sub. I recently bit the bullet and bought some instant potatoes. I cooked radishes in the microwave, and threw them in the blender. A food processor would probably work better, but the blender was handy. I had to add some sour cream and melted butter to get enough substance and liquid to blend it up. It was nice and mooshy. I poured it back into the bowl I cooked them in, had to scrape out the blender with a silicone spatula. Stirred in enough instant potatoes, (sour cream and chive flavor) and back into the microwave just to heat through. Amazing! I could've served them as potatoes to the unknowing, and they wouldn't have known. (Would never sneak food to anyone, but I could have.) I split it into 4 servings. The next evening, I took one of the servings, added a little onion powder. Split it into 4 little balls, squashed them flat, about 1/4" thick, dipped them in lupin flour and fried them. They did stick a little, (cast iron skillet) and the crust wanted to peel off, but they were yummy. They really tasted like potatoes and onions. 1/4 cup of the instant potatoes is 20 net carbs. Split 4 ways it's 5. I know the radishes themselves, plus the sour cream, added some carbs. So I wouldn't eat these every day, but when the craving is upon me, I can have these. I'm still losing weight, so I didn't do myself any damage.
I did keto 25yrs ago and it was NOTHING like it is now. There were none of these foods. The only sweeteners were sweet n low, equal and maybe splenda. Atkins bars were the desserts. But I lived on sausages, precooked chicken breast and cheese. I lost weight but one day I lost my mind and made pancakes with syrup, whipped cream, sprinkles and that was the end of that. Now there are SOOOO many low carb foods and ingredients. Thanks Keto Twins your recipes and tests have been very helpful!
Like a few others I've noticed here, Keto per se, is not a lifestyle for me. That said, as a 73-year-old recumbent cyclist, who rides 80 to 100 miles per week, I find most of your videos useful for my food intake, and all of them entertaining. There are a couple of things, I'm going to try tomorrow and a few I need more ingredients for. I happen to have Sargento Provolone in the fridge, so tomorrow I'm definitely making ravioli with a mushroom and bacon filling. So thanks, I really enjoyed this one a lot!
I have no video, but have a recipe for you ladies to try. I've seen some of your deep fry videos and wanted to share mine I used fish but works for chicken as well. I brush a thin coat of mayo on the fish or cutlet Then I grind up in the mini processor about 60/40 pork rinds and those parmesan cheese crisps and add about a spoonful of grated parmesan and dredge it and fry. It's comes out so crispy you really can't tell it's not a "real" coating. PS love you guys
You introduced me to chaffles and it is indeed life-changing! I haven't purchased a waffle iron (my partner made me promise i wouldn't buy another device). Anyway, i cook it on the pan and make them very flat and we now call them "cheese parathas" as they now replace naan/roti as we eat a lot of South Asian dishes.
Thank you so much for mentioning that you make Naan/parathas with the chaffle recipe! One of the foods I miss most is roti and anything I can make that's even close will be great!
The major difference between provolone and mozzarella is that the former is aged, anywhere from a few months to a few years, whereas mozzarella is usually not aged for more than a few days maximum.. As a consequence provolone develops into a semi-hard cheese, whereas mozzarella is semi-soft. Provolone also has a slightly longer shelf life once opened. However, you are correct in them being similar cheeses as, apart from the aging process, they are both made using a similar process.
I have been staying in the same 5 pound range for a year. Trying to keep carbs 0-5 a day backfired on me. Instead of losing, I started having binge junk food days 😳 I got so tired of plain proteins! Instead of actually losing new weight, I was only taking off the new binge weight. Watching you two helped me find your happy medium “Technically Keto” stopped the binge/carnivore cycle. I am enjoying your latest chaffles, cottage chips and other recipes AND now I am losing and and not tempted to binge! I do think I can do this forever! Thanks ❤
I have been carnivore 1.5 years and I have decided to add a few Keto days in per week for variety in and it was nice to read your comment I do not want to go on a binge. I consider Keto my cheat and my love of cooking may just come back. Enjoy!
For those of you that grow cucumbers in your gardens, the hybrid variety “Mercury” has a thin, non bitter skin, great crispy flesh and is slightly sweet. A perfect variety for the watermelon hack…I’m going to the greenhouse to pick some!
It was 10:30 pm when I saw the cucumber made to taste like watermelon hack. I got up and hunted for that last cucumber I thought I had. When I couldn’t find it, I grabbed a small Reese’s cup candy and trotted back to bed. Talk about lazy keto. I’m the worst. I love you girls you’re so cute.
Love your channel! The cottage cheese chips are my favorite thing! I make them in a silicone muffin tin, as suggested by one of your commenters. They have a little lip on them so they can be used as a carrier for other delights, like Palmetto Cheese. I bake them at 60% power for 7 minutes, then at full power for 2-3 minutes, adding 30 second intervals until browned to my liking. My microwave is a full-sized, full power unit. They even keep overnight in an airtight container.
I love your channel. You guided me to Victoria's Keto Kitchen and her flours which has been a game changer for me 🙂 Many of the recipes you make I would never attempt if I had not seen you do it first. Thanks for being our guinea pigs ❤ and I say that with much love 😘
Don’t listen to what people say. This is your journey. It works that’s all that matters. I wish I was on your journey as long as you have been cause I know I would be feeling great. Because I didn’t take care of my health and being on this diet roller coaster ride I have to deal with the pains of RA. Now. I am now my 3rd week on keto and I hope to stay on this journey for a long time. Thank you for what you do, cause it really helps me a lot 🙌🥰
I'm not super Keto by any means but when I don't really want to "cook" dinner I make chaffles (with a lot of spices) and while I'm waiting on the next one I melt some garlic butter and slice a tomato & put Claussen pickles on it... lol it's really good! Love Y'all's videos....
I love your mushroom ravioli recipe. When I heat the cheese to form the ravioli I do it in the microwave for about 15 seconds. I place them on parchment paper first. Works perfect
That ravioli hack was the first recipe I tried on your channel. I made and portioned them out with 6 ravioli in a serving. It was what I was used to eating. I never ate anywhere near 6 so I started doing 3 and that worked. It is an awesome hack and works with any filling and sauce combination. I even use it for a low carb potsticker. It is the best hack ever.
I'm going to try the cottage cheese chips and add some powdered chicken stock....I know, I know, to Americans it sounds weird but in NZ chicken flavoured chips are the norm. The other thing I'm going to get around to trying is adjusting a sugar free creaming soda recipe I experimented with a few years ago. I used soda water and was so bitter I had to add WAY TOO MUCH sugar replacement, so I had a light bulb moment the other day and thought sparkling water would be much better. Basically the ingredients' are fizzy water, vanilla essence and sugar replacement.
That sounds yummy to me. I used to love some chicken flavored snack, called "Chicken in a Biscuit". Chicken in a chip sounds good to me! I finally bought a Drinkmate to carbonate whatever, I think I'll have a go at your cream soda.
@@jbeargrrI've been eyeing up soda streams on Trademe as they are about $160 new (our version on Ebay) they have ones that just made sparkling water :0)
GREAT VIDEO! I love these quick simple ideas. Who knew cucumber and Allulose would make MY FAVORITE THING IN THE WORLD??? WATERMELON. I’m trying this TONIGHT! 😋🤤 My Momma ate watermelon everyday during the summer when she was carrying me in 1948. Still loving it as my 75th birthday will be on the 16th. 😂🤣😂❤️🕊️
I’ve made your Chaffle recipes and find them WONDERFUL! I miss “crunch” also , use them for cracker replacement, sweet and savory bread etc. thanks to you guys, have fun with ravioli shells…made so many of your recipes to great success 🥰
Love the chaffles. Have used mozz, sharp cheddar, and now mexican blend shred from Costco (easier). Burgers, breakfast sandwich, BLT, etc. Can't wait to try the ravioli. Thanks!
Your chaffle recipes are my GO TO for chaffles! I make a chive and green onion whipped cream cheese for a bagel replacement and your sweet chaffles with sugar free maple syrup for a sweet breakfast. I'm waiting for fall to try your ravioli options. I don't really miss pasta, but I used to make a lemon and tarragon stuffed ravioli from scratch and I do miss those. I can't to try more of your recipes. Thanks so much ladies, keep it up!
I love your channel. You two are so cute. I am 74 and wish I had started vegetarian keto earlier in my life. My favorite is your tortilla pizza recipe I make it all the time. Thank you for your inspiration and recipes!!
I discovered rutabaga mash! It is so delicious. I recently started adding cottage cheese to it. I’m using my stick blender. Rutabaga, is high potassium and calcium in the cottage cheese and then I add heavy cream and butter for the fat, and it is a perfect side with a piece of meat!
Y’all are absolutely right- you’re an entertainment channel, and I might add, one of the first ones I go to when I need a laugh!! 🥰 I also love that you try the recipes so I don’t have to- I really dislike cooking, but love to watch cooking videos, especially yours!! 😂
Thanks for all these keto hacks! I found your channel recently. I used to be on strict keto 4 years ago and now I’m back on the wagon and I’m doing well with it. You ladies crack me up! Keep up the great work and encouraging others with keeping healthy life with food. 💕
Really like these ladies & their recipes!! I recommend the channel to people ALL THE TIME! I make the microwave cottage cheese chips a lot & I play around with different flavors like dill chips, lemon curry, nacho cheese(using nutritional yeast) etc etc ! If it wasn't for this channel I would be a KETO LOSER!! Being someone who needs variety!!! Thanks ladies!!!!
Great shares, ladies!😋👍 My newest favorite dessert is cottage cheese with some canned pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice and keto sweetener. SO good!😋👍 Have a blessed week 💜🙏✌️🌞💐🎶
You definitely are entertaining, and that's why I will love this channel. My hubby, who is not on keto, loves to watch you gals as well! Thanks for everything you do and go through to make your videos, we really appreciate you both! Much love💜💜
Love you two! Watch your videos when I need cheering up and inspiration and whenever. (Sorry it took me so long to subscribe, but, yay, finally subbed - ta da! 😁) Been carnivore (with a few special keto moments) for two months, and dropped three pants sizes. This blows me away! Thanks a million for all that you for this community. Blessings! 🌹✨
The hack that has helped on my journey is the peanut butter cup. I make this out of pnut butter, vanilla & sugar free sweetener. Then I melt white chocolate chips & spread over the top. I keep in the frig and when I need something sweet I take a some out. Everyone that’s tasted this loves it. I love sweets the most as u can tell. I’ve made a lot of ur recipes and thank u for helping us on KETO!!
Your chaffle recipe has made such a difference for me in the diet I'm on! I make heated, open face sandwiches with guacamole, sliced meat and a slice of cheese. Delicious! I also like to sprinkle them with coconut amino and eat them just with that!
I decided to add half smushed up cottage cheese to the chaffle recipe…it was so light and crunchy good! Just don’t cook it as long! The xanthum gum works especially well with this hack! Love you guys!
I love your chaffles and the chips are so good. I've had a Ninja Creami for a couple years. I eat keto ice cream almost every day. Until I saw your cottage cheese ice cream video, I was using mostly heavy cream and the consistency was always a gamble. Since switching to the cottage cheese, every container is delicious! Thank you for making my life better!
@@keinohrtini I have the one pint size Creami. Per pint, I use 200grams of cottage cheese, 30g Allulose, 30g Jordans Skinny Girl Salted Caramel Sauce then stir well. Fill to just under the line with Heavy Whipping Cream. Stir well again then freeze. Before I spin, I add a dash of the Salted Caramel Sauce to the top then spin once on Light, once on Re-Spin. Then if you want to add nuts, scoop out the center and drop in chopped pecans. Spin once on Mix-In. I make Strawberry Ice Cream the same way using Torani's Sugar free syrup and fresh or thawed strawberries for the Mix-in. The cottage cheese is mixed when the pint is spinning and even my cottage cheese hating neighbor loved this icecream so much he bought himself a Creami. The texture is never greasy or powdery if you follow this recipe. You can use this as a base to make any flavor you like. 😃
You're absolutely right I didn't start making chaffles until maybe a year and a half ago and I didn't want to bother with it but they have become one of my favorite things although I haven't made them for a bit. But I like them for using for a hamburger bun and for sandwiches I like them much better than the 90 second microwave keto bread. Because you can add different cheeses you can add different seasonings there's like 1 million things you can do with them
I recently started using Crepini Egg Wraps in the place of pasta to make Lasagna and it was amazing! I got the idea from Low Carb Revelation and it's so great!
Thank you for doing a video with all of your top favorites. You have so many wonderful recipes, that I sometimes think people may miss a few of them. I really appreciate all the work you to do and the attitude that you do it with. 👍😃👏👏👏
Funny that I clicked on this to watch while eating your provolone pierogis. SO GOOD!!! Except I made a batch of Carnivore Mash last night and used that instead of the cauliflower mash. Highly recommend!
Thank you so much for giving us your favorite recipes. I watch you all the time and I was wondering which ones were your favorites. I was the one who couldn’t tell you two apart. It’s funny to me now as I have learned the difference and it’s obvious to me now. I have to say you both are unique and absolutely adorable in your own way. Thanks for adding joy to my day!
Loved the cottage cheese chips. I added sour cream and spices along with the potato flakes. I also added french onion dip in place of the sour cream. I mixed in food processor as suggested, and they are great. I am still experimenting, but they are a great tasty snack!!!
Appreciate thisGREAT ( HELPFUL TIPS ), video Love you girls & your Realistic approach to keto & that definitely it HAS & IS working very well for BOTH OF YOU !! My personality and feelings about dieting keto whatever everyone chooses is basically like you to stay within the guidelines as much as possible, but don’t make it unbearable to live live with. Enjoy your life. Enjoy your food and let your life become more healthy. God bless you both. I deeply appreciate both of you, girls and what you’re doing!!!
Try adding some ground up BBQ cicharones to your chip receipe, makes them super crunchy and tasty! Also, i've been making cottage cheese ice cream in a ninja blender adding all kinds of healthy ingredients and a little whole milk and sometimes cream cheese (ok, i do throw some fudge cookies in now and then)!!
I think I remember a variety of cucumber that either looks or tastes like watermelon. Now I’m going to hunt through my seed catalogs to see if I’m right. Great ideas.
I've got to try sweetener with cukes! I've been using winter melon as a net zero fruit for mock apple and low carb jams since ChocZero used it in their first jam but it might even be better as a watermelon sub. Thanks so much! Love the cottage cheese chips.
A keto staple meal for me is crack slaw. I like the traditional "inside out" egg roll flavor but my favorite is taco crack slaw. Great way to use up a rotisserie chicken.
You two are the best! Always giving us something new or different! We all need a change of pace no and again. Love what you do for us! Oh, BTW, LOVE me some chaffles!
Thank you so much for your channel! I just love your content! You two are so amazingly talented and beautiful! I am starting my keto journey and watch your channel for ideas. You keep me motivated 😊❤
Fabulous keto hacks! Can't wait to try the sliced cucumber with allulose and a couple other of your favorite hacks. Has anyone heard of this? Sounds exciting to me - today, I stumbled on a Keto Ramen/Spaghetti Noodles recipe from Serious Keto. At first I thought the recipe would be too difficult, but watching it 2x, I'm SOLD. It's like WAIT - making the noodles is THIS easy? I ordered the ingredients on Amazon (not much) and can't wait to try it. Watching the video will kina blow your mind. I love my spaghetti sauce, and I love Ramen. So I'm definitely making this recipe as soon as the ingredients arrive.
I enjoy your channel even when I can't eat what you're making. For example, I have never been able to eat cucumbers without exploding afterwards, but watching you two enjoy those slices was fun.
I like cottage cheese too but always preferred to mix it with fruit. So my fruit hack is I finely chop zucchini and saute it in butter then add monk fruit or stevia to sweeten and apple pie spice. I let this mixture cool and keep it in the fridge. When I have cottage cheese which is usually for breakfast I add a heaping tablespoon of this mixtute to it. My other favorite hack is I add a light dusting of unsweet cocoa powder and stevia to ricotta cheese and this is like eating a cannoli without the shell.
Oh my goodness, it's delightful to watch your videos. About chips: years ago, our local Wal-Mart stores carried five pound bricks of Joseph Farms mozzarella. I found that perfect chips could be made from this product alone. I put 8 piles of shredded cheese in a circle in the microwave and had light, crispy chips that were fabulous alone or with dips. There was a particular cooking time that worked with the oven we had at that time and the chips were never tough, soft, or scorched. And one day, that cheese disappeared from every store in town. I tried every other brand of mozzarella that we could find and none of them made these wonderful chips that could rival Lay's. Sigh, someday, maybe on a roadtrip, Joseph Farms mozzarella will be available again.
Right now I’m making spinach chips which I have every night with a glass of wine for the past probably three or four years and I’m also making turkey pepperonis which I put Italian seasoning or oregano whatever on them and sleep in the toaster oven till they get crunchy about six minutes super delicious snacks. Love you guys.

cucumbers lightly dusted in LMNT watermelon packet is like a salted watermelon slice. Which was how we ate watermelon growing up. Yum.
What a great idea and I just happen to have watermelon lmnt 😃
I always put salt on mine too. This is a good idea!
I will just have to figure in the carbs from watermelon 🍉 lol
That’s a Great Idea. And I just happen to have both👍🏼

I'm glad I'm not the only one who's not keto but loves watching these two.

Chicken in a biscuit is a weakness of mine! Love chicken flavored crackers! And I live in the United States lol.
I have added heavy whipping cream to my sparkling water I enjoy it.
I eat your chaffles all the time. I make some thinner than others on purpose. I love using them as a hamburger bun.
Now that it's been 4 years, can we get an update on how you feel better? Physically and emotionally regarding food and health?
And approx how many carbs do you allow yourself daily?
Thanks for the idea!
I'd love to see that!
Your Chaffles are awesome! My husband, not on keto, love these so much he insisted I get the large 4 chaffle pan 🤣. It has changed my keto journey
Girls so nice to have 1 video with lots of different recipes to go to. Thanks
I’ve made your Chaffle recipes and find them WONDERFUL! I miss “crunch” also , use them for cracker replacement, sweet and savory bread etc. thanks to you guys, have fun with ravioli shells…made so many of your recipes to great success 🥰
Recently I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes. Your channel has shown me so many new ways to creatively cook and enjoy eating. Thank you so much!
I love Tajin on my watermelon, i tried on on cucumber and it made my cucumber taste like a waterlon- sooooo good
Love the chaffles.
I also love that you try the recipes so I don’t have to- I really dislike cooking, but love to watch cooking videos, especially yours!! 😂
Thanks Luanne 🤗 we appreciate you
Thanks for all these keto hacks!
Love you Two! This is by far my favorite keto channel!
Awwwwwww thank you!! ❤️❤️
Great shares, ladies!😋👍 My newest favorite dessert is cottage cheese with some canned pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice and keto sweetener. SO good!😋👍 Have a blessed week 💜🙏✌️🌞💐🎶
Sounds yummy and simple! We will have to try it 🤗
@ketotwins please where are the recipes ???
You definitely are entertaining, and that's why I will love this channel. My hubby, who is not on keto, loves to watch you gals as well!
Thanks for everything you do and go through to make your videos, we really appreciate you both! Much love💜💜
Love you two! Watch your videos when I need cheering up and inspiration and whenever. (Sorry it took me so long to subscribe, but, yay, finally subbed - ta da! 😁) Been carnivore (with a few special keto moments) for two months, and dropped three pants sizes. This blows me away! Thanks a million for all that you for this community. Blessings! 🌹✨
Thank you for subscribing and watching!
Yum! Great ideas for the chaffles 🤗🤗
I decided to add half smushed up cottage cheese to the chaffle recipe…it was so light and crunchy good! Just don’t cook it as long! The xanthum gum works especially well with this hack! Love you guys!
Half of what of cottage cheese??
Absolutely LOVE your channel! I love your relaxed attitude, too!💖💖
Don't forget the tomato soup! I love it!
I just tried the tomato soup. I really like it.
Thank you for making my life better!
please share your creami icecream recipe
@@pamelapruitt2558 awesome! Thank you so much!!
Because you can add different cheeses you can add different seasonings there's like 1 million things you can do with them
Thanks for saying how filling they are the raviolis cuz you are right they look like not enough
They are calorically dense because of the cheese
I recently started using Crepini Egg Wraps in the place of pasta to make Lasagna and it was amazing! I got the idea from Low Carb Revelation and it's so great!
Thank you for combining all these into the one video.. Love you girls :).
🤗❤️🤗
Thank you for doing a video with all of your top favorites. You have so many wonderful recipes, that I sometimes think people may miss a few of them. I really appreciate all the work you to do and the attitude that you do it with. 👍😃👏👏👏
I tried the cucumber with liquid stevia. It was great!
Thank you Keto Twins for the Low Carb // Keto Recipes! I have tried several of them, but I will Save this Video to add to my low carb collection..
Thank you! I appreciate your genuine personalities!!
Funny that I clicked on this to watch while eating your provolone pierogis. SO GOOD!!! Except I made a batch of Carnivore Mash last night and used that instead of the cauliflower mash. Highly recommend!
That’s a great idea!
I wish I could subscribe over and over! You are such a blessing to watch. Love your videos!
Awww you are too kind, thanks Julie!
Your chaffle recipe IS the best.
Thanks Amy! ❤️
Love you. Cali rice hack to get out water was my fav. Add jalapenos, cheddar, heavy whipping cream and crwam cheese to cali rice...so good.
LOVE your channel! So informative...helpful...AND entertaining!
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🤗
Your chaffels are by far the best. I live for them. This alone give you saint status...
🙈🙈
Great video girls! Thanks for reminding me of all these great hacks! Love you two and all that you do for us!😊❤
Appreciate thisGREAT ( HELPFUL TIPS ), video Love you girls & your Realistic approach to keto & that definitely it HAS & IS working very well for BOTH OF YOU !!
My personality and feelings about dieting keto whatever everyone chooses is basically like you to stay within the guidelines as much as possible, but don’t make it unbearable to live live with. Enjoy your life. Enjoy your food and let your life become more healthy. God bless you both.
I deeply appreciate both of you, girls and what you’re doing!!!
thanks for watching opal!
I used Cottage to make ice cream and it was really good.
Love your chaffles! I’ve used what ever cheese I have, always comes out amazing!
I think I remember a variety of cucumber that either looks or tastes like watermelon. Now I’m going to hunt through my seed catalogs to see if I’m right. Great ideas.
I’ve started eating snow cones! They are a great add to my life!
The provolone ravioli is a game changer! We LOVE making those!!!
I love love love crunchy food. Can't wait to try your chaffles!
I've got to try sweetener with cukes! I've been using winter melon as a net zero fruit for mock apple and low carb jams since ChocZero used it in their first jam but it might even be better as a watermelon sub. Thanks so much! Love the cottage cheese chips.
Always love your videos.. Funny and informative 👏 👏
LOVE y'all for always keeping it real.♥
Thank you so much for your channel! I just love your content! You two are so amazingly talented and beautiful! I am starting my keto journey and watch your channel for ideas. You keep me motivated 😊❤
I LOVE your New Chaffels recipe
So glad i found your channel. Love your chaffle recipe!! And because of your last chaffle video, I did buy that 4 at a time maker 🙂🙂
Aww thank you! That means a lot to us :)
Wonder if the sweet cucumbers would be good with feta cheese. What a fun recipe with the cucumbers and sugar!
OMG!!!!! I just tried the watermelon hack!!! GENIUS!! totally brings the watermelon flavor on with the sweetener :) thanks!
What about frying the provolone dumplings? Make it a bit crispy.
As I someone that just recently started KETO you both make me feel better about starting this journey. Thank you for you refreshing attitude.
your chaffles and provolone raviolis are absolute go tos for me
Right now I’m making spinach chips which I have every night with a glass of wine for the past probably three or four years and I’m also making turkey pepperonis which I put Italian seasoning or oregano whatever on them and sleep in the toaster oven till they get crunchy about six minutes super delicious snacks. Love you guys.
I have to be gluten and lactose free and I had to try the keto ravioli. IT WAS AWESOME!! THANK YOU.
You two are just so freakin adorable and very generous with you time. Thank you!🥰🙏🏼🐝💕
Thanks for watching Claire! We appreciate you ❤️
