    I used to walk 4 times a day. Each time 1000 steps, morning after wake up, after tiffin, after lunch and after dinner. I'm walking in my home not outside and I'm a mother of 3 moths baby (c-section).

    I'm looking for weight loss, but I'm doing 45 minutes of walking everyday and 60 minutes of exercise on alternate days, with portion control of my food.
    But I'm not able to see any results:(

    Sir daily i walk for 1 hour my leg is factured but i still walk to loose my weight daily my tiffen is upma avalkki vaggarni with less oil roti chapati palya chutny we use less o il fr cooking but still i dint loose my weight i am fed of this everyone teases me feel ashamed
