Congrats bro.Actually diet and walk should go hand in hand. Of course walking is safe for all age group,it really helps to be fit and fine.
I'm also struggling to reduce wt. I'm finding it difficult because of my health problems.From head to toe,I'm having 25 to 28 type of health issues.Because of depression I was completely bed ridden,my mood was always low,though I am on medicine for all my problems,still depression was the culprit,troubling me.
But from 4 to 5 days I'm feeling good and started to walk,not too much ,to start with I am walking with slow pace,distance matters.
Nan brother daily ಕೆಲಸಕ್ಕೆ nadkonde hogbarodu. Daily 17to 20km nadiyodrinda my brother is also fit and fine.
