It's been one of my pet peeves for a while now that although I tend to have problems with digestion I am not to the point where I get so constipated or have the opposite extreme for the western doctors to get excited about, so I just have to deal with it myself. Or maybe that I have developed a lot of awareness about my body and I know when it is not performing well, so I just have to tweak the settings a bit.
