My request is that if your camera operator can do a closeup of each accupoint it would make it possible for more people to learn from your series. This is also especially important for seniors, or people with vision issues to learn. As a senior, it's important for me to learn more precisely other than a general area to pressure.

Bless you for doing this video. Although i do Qi Gong everyday for the past 5 yrs ever since i discovered it on RUclips but the pain in my wrist, elbow and shoulder in my right hand would not go. Tried everything. My doctor said i had a rotator cuff problem. Long story short after I finished my morning QiGong your video popped up and I decided to try it. It was totally amazing. Because I have my own Chinese medicine therapy clinics for many years. Now I came back to study in Auckland Chinese medicine university for more than one year. After having a wash, I incorporate all these points and more into my towel drying routine. I further recommend using any skin products you might use to reinforxe what you've previously accomplished. In my case magnesium oil, ACV and coconut oil on my whole bod, hair and feet respectively. Thankfully it stops there, cos I'm a low maintenance guy...honest!
