This sweaty walk is super fun!
😅this was a great workout. I don’t have a kettlebell so I used an 8 lb dumbbell 💪🏾 Adding this in my rotation!

You weren't kidding about it being tough. I'm experienced at working out and after ten minutes was too tired with a 5 lb dumbbell to continue.
The workout was awesome. But I find the kitchen background very distracting. I miss your old background.
