When I did this half a year ago I was struggling so hard, I couldn't barely go through the workout. Just now I was adding it to my workout routine just for fun and I realised what progress I made due to completing this workout without brakes, easily. Thank u Pam for making me fit and being by my side every single day along my fitness journey!
@@elifc8941 hey! ik you asked them not me but i did get results! ofc i was already pretty active bc i play lacrosse competitively, but my stamina is now wayy higher, and i've noticed a lot more toning in my legs, abs, and arms. i switch it up a lot though, but all of pamela's workouts are great. if you feel the burn, you know it's working.

For anyone wondering how many calories this burns: I am 5’7 and 127 lbs and I burned 120 kcal. Keep in mind I did take a few breaks but they were usually no more than 10 seconds. Also my heart rate was mostly in the fat burning zone.
another example: i’m 5 ft and 119 and i’m burning 100-107 calories. i track it with my apple watch but i’m also taking a shit ton of breaks. this makes me thirsty as hell lmao

So hard trying to keep myself from falling over! When switching I put the opposite hand more towards the middle of my back when it was on the floor rather then the side like she did and I found it helped me keep better balance!

Nice to v-meet you :) I recently found your videos and immediately liked them. The routines are fun, interesting and diverse. However, it would be helpful if you can include approximate amount of calories burned (if we keep up with the whole workout, of course).

Ummm.. Is anyone else able to do the crunch w/ stand up?! That's so hard lol. Great workout!
So hard trying to keep myself from falling over! When switching I put the opposite hand more towards the middle of my back when it was on the floor rather then the side like she did and I found it helped me keep better balance!

I have been doing one of the weekly plans for 4 weeks now and this is the first time ive noticed the "HAHA" moment in 4:15, im usually too focused on not dying 😅
I used to no like this workout because I felt it sooo hard, but now I am always so excited whenever I have to do it.😍

In the middle of this crushing hard workout, I thought she changed her move but she just fell out of the side plank crunch. THANK YOU for keeping that in the video! The big “HAHA” on the screen made me laugh when I didn’t have the breath to spare, but it made me love her and her team even more! XO❤️💕
I wasn't able to do this video because of my bad arm strength BUTTTT today I was finally able to do it! I could do like literally every video of her except this one but nowwwww :)

Hello, I’m here because of her week workout program from ig and i already got abs!! After just 5 weeks of this. I was working out for like 2 years and lost 10 kg but than i got to new school and didn’t have any time for that. Now is my time to shine!! You can do it too!!

It depends on your weight, height, and how hard you work. You can’t necessarily put a number on it.

I probably always label it lesser than it looks so I have more motivation. So for me this is burning maybe 100 calories.
This was intense but easy to flow. Loved it
