As a 7th grade cross country and track & field runner, up until a few weeks ago I was only focusing on my legs. Now I’m trying to build muscle in the rest of my body; though I’ve only tried out this workout a few times, it’s easily the most efficient and straight forward one I’ve seen! The lack of music is a great idea, as pretty much everyone has already said, but still. The editing is well done, and the commentary is straight forward. Thanks for sharing your exercises with us and keep up the good effort 👍
Just did it as an 8th grade mid distance runner, not the best by FAR but this workout will easily help me. Thank you and good luck running a 4:30 mile!
I can feel ur core burning throughout this video 😂gotta try this sometime; I’m getting bored of my core workouts! Can u do a body weight leg workout too? Thank you so much!
I like your videos, I like the cometary. Your advice is very helpful to a lot of people and it’s nice to see you share your workouts to help others get faster. One thing I would say to consider changing however is your Russian twists. Now if they work for you the way you’re doing them rn, then forget I say anything. The way I was always taught is to not just move your arms back and forth and move your entire upper body. Now I’m not writing this to be mean or anything, I just want to give you constructive criticism. I really do like your videos and I hope to see you make more of them. I pray you have a great day.
First one gets a pin
get your gains up not your pin up
@@Evanrunz just finished completing your workout
Good stuff

Just finished this workout! I appreciate how u didn’t include music so I could still hear the beep while listening to my own music 😀

Doesn’t matter, just don’t do lowerbody workouts (leg day) on rest days
