This is a great workout and unlike many others, just hits the right difficulty level that there just enough room for constant improvement, but also not impossible! Its been 3 weeks now that I consistently have come back to this workout 2-3 times per week after my runs. Not only do I see improvements every week (especially the most difficult middle part with the knee-to-elbow plank positions) but it has also relieved the hip /hip flexor pain I used to get 10mins into my runs :) Thank you!
I've been out of shape for a too long in my opinion. I'm 16 almost 17 and trying to restart my running career. Just finished a 2 mile run and saw this workout and I'll have to be honest it was very difficult but I'm going to keep doing it. Thanks man!
I agree on the need for a timer, audible countdown, also the last 60s of exercise is like leg lifts with a hip press, then some random reach-throughs. The exercises were good, just a little better organized so we can follow along too
I've seen so many abs workout videos and this one is by far my favourite. Hits all the right spots, just the right difficulty, plus some doggie appearances! Thank you 🙏 🙏 🙏
Thanks so much for this! I always feel after a run I need a little core work but never knew what to do other than some sit ups, lol. This is the perfect workout to engage my chore AND it's still too hard for me to complete without stopping so I'm looking forward to the day I can get all the way through.
I'm glad you find it hard too Holly. I did it myself last night and was thinking "Bloody hell, this bloke in the video is strong". haha. It's a tough workout!
It’s good I like it for me I found it hard but it’s my first go at it so hopefully after doing it 3-4x a week for a whole month or two I should be faster and stronger right 😅
Ran a 330 marathon few weeks ago but struggled from the start with this 😂. Bit of a shock that I would be quite awful at this. But something I will work at
Hii i have a question, how do you run without knee pain? Because I was only running 2.5 k and I had to stop for a month and a half because of runners knee so I was just wondering what u do to prevent that
To be honest this is not fully useful because you can not catch up with him while exercising (should include 30-second breaks in the video and it will works).

How’ve you been doing?
@@Joemamapt.2 how have you been doing? ( yes I waited a year for this lol)
Whats the update man.
Update??
Have been doing these after my long runs, has helped a lot, and abs are coming through, thank you 🙏
I searched “core workout for runners” and you were the top result. Thank you!

Thanks so much for putting this video together. I use it 3 times a week and my running game has improved tremendously!!!
Mate! that is such a great workout. Quite hard which is great compared to other soft ones I see on RUclips
I'm glad you enjoyed it mate! It was hard for me too!!!

just discovered this workout and i love it, its great for after running especially!
Brilliant! Thanks man! I wasn't aware how weak I am... Gonna stick to this routine and hope to see improvements.
Just stumbled upon this workout! So awesome!

Love the intensity from this training circuit.
Crikey, that was hard!
This one was a killer ! Awesome workout, thank you❤🔥
this is great
I would say, please add in a buffer time between each exercise and maybe a beep to signify when the timer "starts"
Good exercises but a 5 sec rest somewhere would have been nice. Oh and a timer all the way thru. Keep it up !
Fuck yeah this is one of the best ab workout I have ever done thank you so much
Keep it up 💪💪💪
Awesome brother! Great work!

Love it mate meet me in brisbane🤴🏼💯💯
Bomb.
nice workout
Thank you!
So no rest in between
Is all this with no breaks in between exercise??
Do we take break after each exercise?
Wtf no break between the sets? This was one of the hardest ones to keep up with. Really not for beginners.
I've been doing this for a month now. It's gotten easier but I still have to cheat every time
After run or before ?
Just sprinkle it through your week about 2-3 times. It really doesn't matter if it's before or after your run :)
Anyone doing rn?
To be honest this is not fully useful because you can not catch up with him while exercising (should include 30-second breaks in the video and it will works).
can I do that every day ?
You could mate! Might be more interesting for you to mix it up though :)
Exercises are great but music and no timer it’s not good sorry
I'll work on it! Thanks for the feedback!
No audible description of the exercises, which makes it hard to follow. Audible cue for exercise change is very weak - proper timer needed.
Sharon! I'll lift my game! Thanks for the feedback!
