There is a lot to talk about in this video. So lets dive in. Essentially European Home has come out with an update to the Already impressive European Home electric fireplace line. Lets start with what we already liked about these models before the update.
- Most realistic logs in the electric category
- These guys make gas fireplaces too, and so the same realistic logs are used in the electrics that are in the gas models. So its obvious that the logs are large and real, and very large
- Unique flame pattern.
- This fireplace has more of a ribbon flame pattern so to speak, so it defiantly creates a natural wave that is not quite as repetitive as some other models, and get away from that rolling flame pattern which is nice.
- App controlled
- This fireplace was one of the only fireplaces to actually use wifi controls and comes with its own android tablet to control this fireplace.
WHATS NEW IN THE UPGRADED MODEL
- RGB LED Lights
- So they have upgraded to RGB which a lot of brands are doing, the advantage to RGB lighting, is that it is much much brighter, allowing for a better flame effect for sure.
- MULTI COLOR ENABLED
- The biggest complaint with the old unit is you were not able to use multi color lights, it was orange/yellow flame only. However it is so much more then just multi color, the unit can be used with preset themes that will allow endless color combos etc.
- Multi speed functionality
- So you can adjust the speed of the flame, but also adjust the speed of the ember bed which is pretty cool!
- WIFI Software updates
- This is one of the coolest features, I think because it will allow you to update your fireplace, so if new colors or features come out. Your fireplace will not be obsolete which is super cool. You can do over the air updates once your fireplace is connected to your router.

- VOICE CONTROLS WITH ALEXA AND GOOGLE HOME
- This is pretty awesome as well, you can be specific about what you say, like what theme to set your fireplace to, and to turn your fireplace on and off, etc.

Bought this from you guys in July. Had it installed and worked great for about 3 months. Very loud humming now. I contacted Evonic and the Evonic team let me know I need reset the flame effect fan, which requires taking it apart. They did offer to have an engineer come out and I am pursuing that option. Will update whenever reply to me.

I think adding a rating scale would be good idea. because you really get to see so many different grills and fireplaces so you see the small differences that seperate the top products. it would be better than the usual you need them both. LOL

What would be the most similar fireplace to this one’ as well as does this one actually create a good amount of Heat? The log feature is what I like, but essentially I’m buying for feeling warm and cozy in winter.
they put out a moderate amount of heat, but not like a gas unit

I noticed that Evonic Fire released the "Avesta" which is the bigger version to the Linnea. Do you sell the Avesta or when you guys will have it in stock?

You mention that you can purchase additional themes for 90 cents. Is that 90 cents each time you use the theme or is it for a period of time? If its for each use, can you purchase a theme for an extended time, say a year, and if so how much does that cost?

What's the name of the log set? I'm deciding between the European Home E32H or Tyrell and the only difference I can tell is the log set. Unless you can share differences.

Hi again I went to see the E1800 model and the flames was pretty poor, looked like ribbon flames. Does this model have a better flame pattern??

the colors are kinda of gimmicky i can see people liking it though. you made a video about a month ago that had really nice log setup with the mirror and the opti myst was my favorite although the maintenance scared me

Why don't you ever see fireplaces like this installed lower to the ground? Is there some technical reason they are always about a foot and a half off the ground?
no they can be, its just most people like the look of them installed higher up.

Yes it does. 40” as well. And you install it the way you want. Same unit, single sided or side walls open
