In a way it does . SAS is the executive producer of First Take. He decides who is a part of the show, who comes on, etc. As long as that show is number one in the ratings that is all that matters! He is very ambitious! Money 💰 is always the motivation!
He gets the money he asks for, he tells the production staff to put the cameras on him, and in this segment he told his producers to be quiet when they were just doing their jobs, I’m sure. Yea, ESPN does revolve around him.

Last time I checked ESPN hasn’t come to an agreement with SAS so he CANT TELL ESPN who to hire. Skip would be cheaper than SAS. We all know they won’t add skip but I’m just saying.
A lot of people missing the point of this video. Dan said something to the extent of ‘Stephen A helped kill Skips career’, this video was a response to that.
It’s clear that although Stephen A, and Shannon Sharpe for that matter, have a certain respect for Skip but truly doesn’t view him as a ‘friend’ due to multiple instances on and off camera.
In a professional sense it’s the ‘hey we worked together but I’ll never work with them again’ response. It’s not trashing Skip, it’s clearing his stance on this situation and washing his hands with it for good.
So bring Skip and Shannon together, have them have a conversation like men, and squash it! Cmon man! Life is short!
