*Very easy to set up and use, attractive but be sure you understand the height--it's not tall. The heat is not overwhelming, but steady and pleasant fireplace **fireplace.homes** . It's quiet, too. I like the possibility of easily moving it from room to room in the event we want supplemental heat elsewhere. Definitely a good buy.*

This was such a great video. I’m currently trying to decide between a Mendota and a Montigo. But I have two fireplace stores here in Houston, one is pushing the Montigo (because that’s what they stock) and the other is pushing a Mendota (because that’s what they have in their showroom). Your video cleared up a lot of the differences between the two for me. Kinda wish I was buying from you for doing us this great service !

Thank you for your videos. I wish you had a store in Oregon. I would be buying all 3 of my units from you. I had a question about the Mendota cool wall kit. I'm looking to install the ML72 in an open concept Great Room but I'm not loving the height at which the TV sits if I use a noncombustible mantle to protect the TV instead one of other heat management systems. The reason for the mantle is that my family wants some heat directly from the fireplace but I can't redirect the heat inside the house using the versiheat system as I'm out of walls (the left of fireplace is glass and other side is just open to the hallway running the length of the house). Any thoughts? I LOVE Mendota as I have 2 in my current home but I'm almost contemplating Flare Fireplaces and Regency Cityview Series because of the TV situation which would allow me to mount the TV lower and have some heat directly from my unit.

Thank you so much for very informative info re: pro’s & con’s. Am replacing a 38” Montigo linear, installed 2008, which in spite of meticulous annual servicing, has run its “lifespan.” Live in a very mild California coastal climate, in a 728 sq ft house w/double-paned windows - unable to get interior heat past 59 degrees during coolest winter months, since winter 2019 (never below 32 degrees/freezing outside) & flames radically diminished in height & color.
Don’t know if orifices might have a shortened life span, from salt air corrosion due to location a few blocks from (Pacific) ocean.
Going w/Valor L1, have space limitations - just so excited to hear description of how hard to stand in front of Valor, due to heat. That’s a problem I’ll look forward to enjoying !

Just wondering how safe ventless is. I am reading on CDC that these fireplaces can release noxious materials and are not that can affect air quality. Further concerns around sooting of furniture over time. Here is what I am reading. I guess the concern is if these fireplaces are catching on now but will later have concerns. Further to this, as new models come out, may have to trade out and pay more money if these issues below are fixed much better. That can be expensive because I would want a newer unit four or five years from now if they could eliminate these issues below:
    Drawbacks of Ventless Fireplaces
The following are drawbacks of ventless fireplaces:
    Release of dangerous gasses
    Carbon monoxide & Nitrous Dioxide
Dangerous if not managed correctly and negative long-term effects
    Excessive levels of carbon dioxide
Produces high levels of green-house gasses
Sooting on the walls, ceiling, and furniture
Darkening and potential damage to furniture, walls, and ceilings
    Moisture & humidity buildup
Heightened risk of mold and other moisture born issues
Reduction of oxygen in small spaces
Heightened risk of air quality and oxygen level issues

I bought a unit from this company - good experience in the purchase but just a terrible experience overall . We got the unit but it was delivered with significant damage as IT WAS DROPPED during delivery and the unit could potentially leak. They would not accept responsibility for a unit that is unusable and DANGEROUS!
UPDATE: This issue is currently being addressed by the company ...

Why are you breed so much ?
It's sounds to my that you don't really like to
    explain your job.
