    sarahbeth! please do a longer version of this flow! the relaxing voice and inspiring things you said in the beginning about the past and future really put my mind at ease almost immediately. I've never been this relaxed after a bedtime flow. the music was phenomenal. everything blended together was the recipe for the most relaxing bedtime practice ever. only wish it were longer! thank you sweetness. looking forward to more night time routines.

    My heartrate was so high when I started this routine while trying to power down for bed. Somewhere along the lines of this video, it slowed waaaaay down and when I finished it was a noticeable difference. Love it!

    🤣🤣🤣I did this in bed and between the cat and the dogs, well, I wouldn’t call it sleep inducing, but it was the silliest yoga I have ever done. Knees to chest? Now there’s a cat perched on my shins. Reclined twist? Dog chin resting on my knee. And now that I’m done, dog #2 has removed his head from my shoulder and has taken his bone into the living room. I’m definitely relaxed, but next time I think I’ll do this on my yoga room (aka the empty spare bedroom). But thank you for this. 🙏

    So No. I'm not asleep by the end of this video. However, I will tell you what this video has done for me. I've been doing this every night for two weeks now and I can finally bend down to pick up my daughter without wincing in pain. The transformation isn't just with my flexibility. Its helped calm my mind so that I can sleep, and so that I am not the "crazy lady* in quarantine that the kids go "mom, its gonna be ok, school starts on Monday" lol. And this week, my oldest and my youngest daughters have taken to doing yoga with me, and it's all because of this video and the 1 week beginner's challenge you're doing right now. this video has gave me another way to bond and love and have quality time with the people that mayter most. Thank you so much.

    Absolutely love this. I've been doing it morning and night for about 10 days and I can now get out of bed in the morning with no back pain. I have paid hundreds of pounds to try and sort out my back, and all it took was this. THANK YOU! ❤

    This video has helped me go to sleep a lot faster than taking melatonin. I don’t have insomnia, so on the nights I get stressed out or just don’t feel physically tired. I look up your video and I start yawning at the very beginning. Thank you so much!

      Agree. Same thing with meditation. Every time I tried to meditate I felt that it was actually burdensome on my mind. This routine wasn't. I didn't fell asleep but felt relaxed and calm

    The sad part is everytime I try to do this I get interrupted by family. But I have tried this and I have to say it improved my sleep. I was usually up late struggling to fall asleep, and also I would randomly wake up around 1-5 AM either out of no where or bc of bad dreams but these yoga videos have helped so much. Thank you!     Sarah Beth id love to let you know I started my yoga journey with you over 10 years ago when I was 17 now I’m coming on 28 and 3 months pregnant and I have stretched with you consistently through everything in life
    There’s really a routine for every energy level and something for what I need in that moment of my life
    This stretch has been a lifesaver with my achey, growing body and allows me to still feel like myself when I’m low in energy and nauseous.

    Out of all the yoga-tubers that made a video on bedtime yoga, this is the best. Why? It's quick, simple, easy to follow along, ACTUALLY makes you feel sleepy 😴💤, unwinds and truly relaxes you. The other yoga tubers stressed the heck outta me but you, Queen Sarah Beth, have outdone them all. 😭❤️

    Perfect timing. Almost midnight here when i found this and was going to bookmark for another time but decided to do it now. It's poses i often do in bed but having your instruction to follow makes it much much better. I have inflammatory arthritis so am pretty stiff and sore but this is still manageable.

    I am a full time wheelchair user, due to cerebral palsy. This bedtime yoga video was wonderful in stretching my muscles and joints to help me sleep better, and it also reduced the spasticity I get in the middle of the night.

    Thank you. I must've really needed a good cry before bed tonight, because when you mentioned about maybe adding force and it's time to let go, that's exactly what I did (pent-up aggression and sorrow that turned into gratitude which turned into tears..).
    You know, I don't really know or talk to anyone these days except a few times a year, and tonight I'm keenly aware of what a privilege it is to live during an era when teachers like you, with these public offerings, generously help pave the way to self-care and self-respect, to softening and being attentive in the present.     I loved this. Unfortunately I couldn't go to sleep, but it's helped me to relax. Your audio makes it really easy to follow without having to crane my neck constantly to see my phone. I love how descriptive you are in your yoga videos, and also that I feel able to do them as even some beginner yoga videos start too difficult at times. Thank you.

    This was so effective that now I do it every night before bed. I use to have issues unwinding but now I can fall asleep with in 15 minutes. Sometimes on the mat. Thank you!!!

    I just found your videos yesterday, and they feel so calming. Was looking for a sleep video for a friend, found this: decided to do it in the middle of the day in order to know what I was recommending. It is also a very good practice for someone like me who has a chronic illness and panic attacks, for a day when energy is low and/or grounding is needed. Thank you.

    Hello Sarah, this video resonates the most with me. Great music, end very comfortable to listen to your voice and words. The only (!!) point of improvement for me, would be the white background. It's so bright, especially when I'm in the process of going to sleep.

    I personally feel more relaxed when you end the routine with the final laying-down-thingy. I know I could just do it on my own after, but I like listening to the music and how you say when to stop and then you say namaste. This was a good routine, it just ended a bit abruptly. Thank you so much for the videos!

    I'm definitely adding this to my night routine. Very relaxing, the easiest routine I've ever seen and that says a lot since I'm a yoga freak and yoga is part of my everyday life. Your voice is really calming and played a good part in helping me fall asleep good job👍👏👏

    I didn’t fall asleep immediately BUT my entire body feels like a marshmallow. So relaxed! I feel great. Definitely adding this to my bedtime routine!

    Woah. A small part of this video, but a truly revolutionary thought for me: all that has already been done and said is in the past. *It does not exist.* As someone who overthinks and analyzes everything I‘ve said and done way too much, this has struck a chord deep within me.     I love your videos and do them almost nightly. I really appreciated ending in quiet and having the speaking part at the beginning. I wish you would do that with all of your videos so I can lay in savasana longer.

    This is such a great way to do the final unwind at night. I play it most evenings and fall asleep part way through about 50% of the time. Yay!

    After 15s ,i was yawning like mad! I was pretty tired already, long wk etc...but didn't want to get to bed b4 at least a gentle short session! Thksss!
