      Thank you so much for this Unwind Practice @SaraBethYoga........I left out the tabletops as I did not have my wrist splints on for support plus they are difficult for me. I love Happy Baby, having many back issues. God Bless you.......Namaste

    Whoa that was amazing. Just lost my dad after a crazy stressful 6 month struggle with cancer. My family is forcing me to learn to meditate and go yoga daily. Today was my first day in my 'meditation room' that I have never meditated in. A cup of tea, meditation in front of my window and this yoga excersise and I must say I feel very at ease for the first time in a long time. I hope I can keep it up. thank you!

      Been through a similar experience. I lost my dad to a three year battle with cancer in March. The end was brutal. Meditation, yoga and praying has been huge for me. Good luck on your healing journey.

      That's so lucky your family did that, when my mom died my family wouldn't do any of the grieving exercises with me and 5 years later I'm still a mess haha, grateful

    I’m a senior in college and it’s finals week. I had a long and awful day, and the first thing I thought about when I got home was doing some relaxing yoga. Not only has yoga replaced things like food and self- loathing as my coping mechanism, but it grounded me tonight so that I could continue with my week. Thank you so much Sarah. Namaste 🙏🏻

    This is wonderful! Perfect for after work, to stretch out. I had spent the afternoon painting our picket fence, and my husband had been bent over in the garage sorting things, and we both loved this routine after that!

    Am in hard lockdown in Copenhagen, all indoor sports classes are closed and it is currently pitch black when I leave work and -4C outside. Your videos have been a bright place to go and loosen up during the last year. Thank you😊

    I did all the prenatal yoga videos then got the app and this is one of my go to's now! Love the 5 minute quick abs as well. Trying to get rid of my baby belly. It's tough! I'm JUST over 40 and never had a tummy until now but this is helping! The prenatal videos were SO amazing. I was in better shape when I was pregnant, I swear. I love SBY. Wanting the water bottle in this video!!

My wife passed away 2 years ago and I been holding in so much that my body is super tight. Your soothing voice music and yoga. It’s so relaxing. I just love to yoga with you.     I feel angry because I have a hip injury that stops me from doing about half these poses now. I’ve struggled with joint injuries my whole life and I’ve had to give up so many forms of exercise that I love. I pray I can continue to do Yoga because it’s changed my life over the past couple years.

I've been doing this after work a few days a week for the last month and it is a total game changer for taking me out of my work stress and transitioning myself into a more peaceful evening with my family. My fav part is when you prompt me to notice what, where, and how I feel what's going on in my body. Please keep doing that in other videos you make, too.     I don't know how long I have been watching your videos for on and off. I have had health problems that made me have to stop at times but I can't find anywhere else that makes me want to keep going. So I keep coming back and trying to work within my limitations.     Today is my first time doing yoga since 1st grade. My therapist recommended that I try yoga as a form of movement just to get my body doing something and this was really great! I feel so relaxed and inspired to make this a routine for myself. Thank you!

    I have a torn labrum in my left hip and need to modify a lot. But I have always enjoyed pigeon. This session helped me to relax my hips WAY deeper than I have in a long time. Thanks!

    This was great after a long day teaching second grade! I l really liked the pigeon pose for loosening my hips. I felt so much more relaxed and less tense and tight when I was done. Thanks for your always soothing, gentle voice, guiding us through a great session on the mat.

    I've done this routine half a dozen times at least now. Most helpful when I work until 8 on Tuesdays and need to unwind and go to sleep soon after. You are always my favourite, and I appreciate this class! I love how it moves quickly at first and literally unwinds you to the end.

    This is my favorite unwind after work video. Nothing helps me stretch and get out of the work headspace faster, and I especially like that this is gentle with nothing too intense for when I am extra tired. I return to this again and again.

    I started following you when I was pregnant with my son about a year ago & did all of your prenatal flows almost everyday to help prepare me for labor along with relaxing my mind & body.     I love your program Sarah. I am toward 60 ish and can’t do anymore those wild acrobatic yoga classes. This is exactly what my body need. Thank you.

      I agree 100%! A 60-yo here and doing some of your classes every day is really helping increase my flexibility and decrease some chronic aches and pains. Thank you!!
