    Thanks Sarah Beth, I’ve just done this and found it so nice, I’m a beginner and I’m 62, found it easy to follow and love the soothing sound of your voice. I look forward to doing it again tomorrow morning. Hopefully my flexibility will improve as I continue doing it each day. 🙏🏻😊

    I am having a lot of soreness from weight training and this helped so much!! I do this routine every morning before my workout now and it makes it much more bearable. Thank you!!!

    Fantastic. Great warm down after 2h ride in 32C!
    Also a great warm up for a ride. Great for improving visibility over the shoulder before manoeuvring!

    That was truly amazing! I decided to take up yoga a week ago. Although I gave up after 2 days because everything was so difficult for me. So today I came across this video and I think I am going to continue with yoga!

    This was great! Even though it was 10 minutes I got full use of the time because of the slow, controlled poses. Felt SO much better after this! Thank you!

    I love the sequence you fit into these 10 minute videos!! I did feel like this one ended abruptly and in a strange position it feels more natural to end in a similar position to the one we started in? For example sitting or knelt on the mat

    Thank you! I'm working may way out of an anxiety attack I had last week. I was doing very well for months training with these videos but now Im back rebuilding and this practice is a great one for that.

    I combined this with the 10 min a.m. yoga 🧘‍♀️ then Robin Longs Pilates. I’m on Day 16 and this went well with the Upper Body workout! Nice!! TY Sarah 💗& Congratulations on Your precious son “Leo” 🤱. Many Blessings!

    This was very good. I would like to see another one similar that works for yogi’s who are not flexible, since I was not able to do all of the positions

    Something went wrong when I was threading my arm, I wasn't exerting (I think), but my shoulder popped (painlessly), and now it keeps clicking, which is kind of uncomfortable...

    My thighs hurt so much during the downward facing dog and similar position and also my arms hurt. No idea what I am doing wrong

    I have a bit of a belly and asthma and those two things make it almost impossible to breath when I’m bent over at the waste and my knees are bent, is the an alternative or modification?

      Try making your legs wider, even wider than your mat is necessary. The next option would be to rest your arms and upper body in the side of a bed or chair if that makes you more comfortable. Ideally you can work your way to wider legs, it'll get easier with time and practice so take what works for you each day 💙
