I’m a disabled marine vet. Just 37 years old. I have always woken up 3 or 4 am just uncomfortable. Last night was my first time trying your video. I didn’t make it thru the video and slept from 10:30pm until 7:30. I have used free sleep+ app for months and last night only had 12 minutes of restlessness.

This was a great bedtime stretch! I was able to do it in bed and just subbed puppy pose for downward dog. I like how the music faded out I didn’t even realize the video ended and ended up staying in shavasana for several minutes longer. 😴 goodnight!

I actually started doing these because I set a goal of daily morning meditation/yoga/exercise, and a few days I'd run out of time for the yoga, so I decided to do it before bed just so I could technically keep my goal. What I've found is I absolutely *love* having this super intentional break from the day to physically and mentally prepare for going to sleep. Sometimes it can be tricky to stop putzing around and doing one last thing and before I know it it's so late. This really helps make the transition deliberate, and so far has been sending me to sleep quickly - like sending a message through the whole nervous system letting my body know: the day is done; the only thing left to do is lay down, and let go. Why have I never done pre-bed yoga before!
Desperate for ANYTHING that might work, I tried a bedtime routine, fell asleep on the floor...woke up 3 hrs later...stiff...couldn't get up lol But since it did work, I do it in bed now. THANK YOU!
This was nice and relaxing. I dozed off at the end for a few minutes. But woke up uncomfortable on my yoga mat on the floor. I'll for sure do this in my bed next time. I've never done yoga. I love your videos and how simple you make it to follow along. Thanks.

I’ve been doing yoga consistently for about two weeks now. I have multiple auto immune disease that also cause some chronic pain issues as well. I’ve been loving your ten minute morning videos and did my first 20 minute one this morning! The pose I’m seriously struggling with is Pigeon Pose. I can’t wrap my mind around how to get in the pose lol so I just sit there twisting around flip flopping my legs like a total spaz 😂.
That half pigeon pose really gives a nice stretch to my butt. Sorry for using the word but it really relaxes my lower body because most of the time,my job bounds me to sit for hours and hours and later i feel like my butt muscles have gone stiff and at night I spend almost an hour to find a comfortable pose to sleep, though i end-up sleeping uncomfortably. These stretches have helped me a lot. Yesterday I felt really good, today i am feeling even better.Thanks Sarah!

I am just getting into yoga as a workout routine. I’ve been doing 30 min daily for about a week now and have just been picking out different videos. My question is should I stick with just one or two for several weeks or is it ok that I just pick and choose? I am really enjoying this and love that my two young children come do yoga right next to me each morning! 💜
Either! It's always great to return back to videos that you enjoy, and through the repetition you'll see your progress. But since we repeat poses in so many different videos you'd also have a similar experience, repeating similar postures, even if you're doing completely new videos.
