I have a tooth story: I never had a straight mouth. My enamel didn’t form properly and at a very young age I had an operation on my teeth. I had 6 cavities and I had to have a nerve removed. They were all taken care of, but when I was in 1st grade or around there I had a cavity (or something, I can’t remember) and I got a crown on my tooth. Fast forward to a few years later, I’m about to go on vacation with my family, but I tell my mom that my tooth hurts. So she takes me to the dentist and I have some sort of infection. They had to pull it out. It was a molar. I’ve never broken a bone or anything, no major injuries. But this was probably the most painful experience of my life. They numbed the gums of course, but it didn’t help. They loosened it and then pulled it out. Tears were coming out while it was getting removed. I was screaming so loudly in pain. That space was bleeding for the rest of the day, but hey, I didn’t get school and we got to go on vacation later so it was worth it. (And I got a spacer in that gap until around January 2017 I think.) A small other story I have to mention: Around last October, before I moved to Florida, I wiggled the tooth with the crown (i mentioned it earlier) and it moved. IT MOVED. It was loose. I freaked out and for 2 days I didn’t tell anyone. I avoid the dentist as much as I can, I HATE dentists, and teeth.. Anyway I tell my parents and they’re like “Pull it out already then.” “Keep wiggling it and pull it”. I freak out even more and cry. We’re moving at the time, and we are in a hotel and I feel it at night and I think it’s gonna be out of my mouth as I try to pull it. I fail and go back to sleep. Eventually a few months ago, it was pulled by my dad and I was fine. But I still hate teeth and dentists.

Few tips for anyone relating to that story: - Chew gum without sugar/sweetener - At least rinse your mouth after eating if you can't brush - Use tooth-sails (like the little sail things you can stick between the teeth) - Also DON'T TAKE PAIN KILLERS if possible (why is it so easy to get them :( ) - you are cheating your body and your body ALWAYS knows better than you do.
I had a similar experience as she had. I really love eating sweet foods and candies when I was a child and still do up until today! I never really cared about my teeth as well and never thought of going to a dentist. Until my parents basically forced to go to one because my wisdom tooth and permanent tooth were growing beside each other. As my teeth were getting checked up, it was discovered that most of my teeth were damage by cavities and that I had to have them remove because of how bad the cavity had infected the tooth. And so I thought that the problem was solved! I was so wrong because when I was in 9th grade by left molar tooth started hurting so badly! I went to the dentist had an x ray and the dentist found nothing wrong with it but still they prescribed me with pain killers. As time goes by I noticed that the gums on my left molar had a lump on it and when started to get hurt I went to my dentist again, they told me that it was an abscess and that I either remove the tooth or have a root canal performed on it. I was scared on loosing my tooth so I choose neither and just drank the prescribed antibiotics and painkillers. Years (like 2 years) went by after that incident and by summer this year it started hurting again and now another lump had formed near the first one! Also I had noticed that my hearing on my left ear had lessen. The dentist said that if this were to happen it meant that the abscess had reached deeper and that the tooth will have to be removed ASAP. That's when I decided to have the tooth removed (because my parents can't afford root canal and that they said that it hurt much more) and I saw the big sac of abscess being pulled along with the root of my tooth! After having the tooth removed I started taking care of my teeth. I still eat candies and sweet foods today but not as much as I did before and after eating I would immediately brush my teeth and gurgle mouthwash. Just care for your teeth people! If you ever feel pain that is reaching to your head, consult your dentists immediately!

That's when I decided to have the tooth removed (because my parents can't afford root canal and that they said that it hurt much more) and I saw the big sac of abscess being pulled along with the root of my tooth!
After having the tooth removed I started taking care of my teeth. I still eat candies and sweet foods today but not as much as I did before and after eating I would immediately brush my teeth and gurgle mouthwash.
Just care for your teeth people! If you ever feel pain that is reaching to your head, consult your dentists immediately!
