When you said Trigeminal, i got down. Because it's been 15 years my dad got Trigeminal too and yes everyday in pain and no medicine can cure or throw away the pain.

It's incredibly hard,but you just have to keep going.You can't let it get you down. I have a high possibility of having Ankylosing Spondylitis, a form of arthritis, that has no cure. Much like in this video, my doctor can not confirm or diagnose this, as it could also be a muscular/spinal injury (although,if it was muscular/spinal,it would be constantly there,this flares up badly throughout the day,and calms down at night,which really confused him), and it will be up to my rheumatologist to diagnose and treat it - with physiotherapy. All you can really do is take strong painkillers,and keep up your morale.

if your period is bad enough to knock you unconscious or at least on the floor in pain, i know from experience being put on the pill helps 1000 times over, it helps regulate hormones, night help :)

This story is so true... I matches 100% with mine. It feels like i have told this to you. It hurts. This disease has no cure. Only some sort of brain surgery that is not sure it will work. I have visited all doctors. Did an MRI and still they told me nothing was wrong. The pain .. that pain.. is the worst that the human body can experience. At night I used to be woken up by that and it hurts so much that you can not even ask for help or talk. Only tears were scrolling down on my face. It is a silent pain. It is a silent death. Because there is no way you can describe it and you can not get help. You reach that point when it hurts all the time with no breaks and the only thing you want is to die. As dramatic as it sounds.. that seems to be the cure. And then I found God. Maybe you are not a believer and I also wasn't. But I started to learn about Him. And Pray. I was praying for healing. i'm extremely afraid of pain, and have a very low tolerance for it and physical discomfort in general and i feel like i'm dying when i get a sore throat or headache.. i can't imagine going through this. this girl, and the people who have to suffer through this, are so strong. i mean, i know it's probably made up, but it's still a real condition.
When i was 10 i realised that my back hurts so much. i thougth that it was just some muscel pain. I had diarhea it was horrible i thought that i'm dying. My face was all white and i was so weak that i sleeped on the toilet floor. Now I'm eleven i stil feel the pain in every week i think its like allergy but no. I still dont know what is wrong whit me. Me and my mom went to difrend tests and nothing. I'm going to the hospitall this month and one doctor thinks it like some sort of kidney disiase . Ugh, this story triggered me. I never heard of this but I hated how her doctor still gave her meds and not being so concern with her. I was like, "ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!" And how the hospital told her not to come back because THERE'S NOTHING THEY CAN DO FOR HER?! I'm sorry, but this is the most saddest, most frustating story I have ever heard! UGHHHHH! what did you expect the doctors to do? rush her to the ER for a headache and mild insomnia? neurological disorders like this rarely have any detectable symptoms and without those there's literally nothing anyone can do. as soon as the first detectable symptom emerged - painkiller resistance - the girl got treated. and why should she go back to the clinic if they can't help? to wait in line for hours to be seen, then pay money to get told there's nothing to be done?

Katherine Donovan It's not that simple. Like i said, the lack of mesurable symptoms is the key issue here. If she went to another doctor, who has never meat her, most likely she would have gotten even less help. There is a serious issue in the USA with people getting addicted to opioids and lying through their teeth to doctors and nurses to get them. So imagine you're a doctor and a girl you've never met comes in saying she's in pain. You don't have any medical history so you ask questions: Can you pinpoint the pain? Has this happened before? etc. These questions and the subsequent physical examination will tell you nothing. But, potentially, even before all this you'd ask her if she's a patient at your clinic. She says no; that she went to her doctor but he didn't help. At that point, seeing that there isn't anything physically wrong with her, that you can find, you wouldn't assume she's got this super rare condition, you'd think she's a junky and her regular doctor cut her off. The dialated pupils she mentioned wouldn't really help her case in this instance. Because she stayed with a doctor that knew her she got treatet eventually. Had she switched, it would have taken much longer to get help. Guy who told her to google it is a jerk though, i agree.

I have had Causealgia for almost 10 years now. This video made me sob because I went through and still am going through most of these things... It's in the core of my body instead of face and head though. Trying to sleep hurts more than anything. I almost died staying awake for too long before. It took everything an ER had to knock me out and save me from seizing to death. My heart and soul and prayers are with you all the way. For always.

I had a doctor like this. He took my blood and I was almost crying in pain from the needle. He said I was lying about it hurting. I have anemia. Iron medicine is known to cause stomach upset. I told the doctor it bothered my stomach. He said I was just being picky or I was too incompetent to have it with water. He changed the medicine and I threw up 11 times in one school day. My dad picked me up, the nurse told him what happened. The doctor said I was being picky and I needed to get used to it. I stopped taking the medicine, I stopped going to the doctor. That was 3 years ago
i know exactly how this feels :( it’s the worst when even the doctors don’t know or believe you. also to completely miss out on even the smallest things that normal people get to do. and to feel like you’re going insane because the pain just doesn’t go away no matter what you do. i’m very sorry, but i understand. there are other people out there like us too, and that’s something that’s hard to believe, but it helps a little.
Around 30 mins ago I was crying in pain because I have severe eczema and I haven’t been sleeping well for a long time and especially after showering I felt like I’m burning. I just felt like killing myself to end the pain than I saw this thank you it makes me feel better ❤️

My mom has RSDS, which is often associated with trigeminal neuralgia because of their pain similarities. Shes one of a few worldwide cases of systemic, which means it affects her all over her body. It took her decades to get the right doctors. KEEP SEARCHING AND DONT ACCEPT NO FOR AN ANSWER!!! There is a doctor out there that can find ways to manage your symptoms. I hope you find the right team

I had sepsis and ostomiolitis which are infections and sepsis kills you within a day if you don’t get antibiotics and ostomiolitis is a bone infection and I was in hospital for 3 weeks and learned how to walk again and when I called 111 they said oh just take a bath!!!! These doctors need to be trained better and how to treat patents better *Like for one slap for the doctors who don’t treat us good*

i'm extremely afraid of pain, and have a very low tolerance for it and physical discomfort in general and i feel like i'm dying when i get a sore throat or headache.. i can't imagine going through this. this girl, and the people who have to suffer through this, are so strong. i mean, i know it's probably made up, but it's still a real condition.
When i was 10 i realised that my back hurts so much. i thougth that it was just some muscel pain.
I had diarhea it was horrible i thought that i'm dying. My face was all white and i was so weak that i sleeped on the toilet floor. Now I'm eleven i stil feel the pain in every week i think its like allergy but no. I still dont know what is wrong whit me.
Me and my mom went to difrend tests and nothing.
I'm going to the hospitall this month and one doctor thinks it like some sort of kidney disiase .

Ugh, this story triggered me. I never heard of this but I hated how her doctor still gave her meds and not being so concern with her. I was like, "ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!" And how the hospital told her not to come back because THERE'S NOTHING THEY CAN DO FOR HER?! I'm sorry, but this is the most saddest, most frustating story I have ever heard! UGHHHHH! I hope she'll be better soon even in these dark hours. My prayers for her!
what did you expect the doctors to do? rush her to the ER for a headache and mild insomnia? neurological disorders like this rarely have any detectable symptoms and without those there's literally nothing anyone can do. as soon as the first detectable symptom emerged - painkiller resistance - the girl got treated. and why should she go back to the clinic if they can't help? to wait in line for hours to be seen, then pay money to get told there's nothing to be done?
Hmm, yeah good point but still. People should've been more helpful. I mean the one doctor at the hospital should've explained instead of being like, "Google it". She did get treated sure but also I didn't want her to go back to her clinic doctor because he wasn't being a dick anyway. She should get somebody that actually cares instead of somebody who doesn't.
Katherine Donovan It's not that simple. Like i said, the lack of mesurable symptoms is the key issue here. If she went to another doctor, who has never meat her, most likely she would have gotten even less help. There is a serious issue in the USA with people getting addicted to opioids and lying through their teeth to doctors and nurses to get them. So imagine you're a doctor and a girl you've never met comes in saying she's in pain. You don't have any medical history so you ask questions: Can you pinpoint the pain? Has this happened before? etc. These questions and the subsequent physical examination will tell you nothing. But, potentially, even before all this you'd ask her if she's a patient at your clinic. She says no; that she went to her doctor but he didn't help. At that point, seeing that there isn't anything physically wrong with her, that you can find, you wouldn't assume she's got this super rare condition, you'd think she's a junky and her regular doctor cut her off. The dialated pupils she mentioned wouldn't really help her case in this instance. Because she stayed with a doctor that knew her she got treatet eventually. Had she switched, it would have taken much longer to get help. Guy who told her to google it is a jerk though, i agree.
You made your point, but it still is infuriating. Doctors are supposed to help you, not treat you like this. My apologies, I guess this was upsetting to watch. I know the girl personally but seeing crap like this makes me mad!

But my parents are doctors and I know them and many of their colleagues and I just get annoyed when people call someone a bad doctor just cause they don't like the doctors manner of speaking. There was this lady which was in the news and commited suicide at a parking lot after pulling most of her teeth out because no-one around her knew about this disease! My grandmother was like.... I have had Causealgia for almost 10 years now. This video made me sob because I went through and still am going through most of these things... It's in the core of my body instead of face and head though. Trying to sleep hurts more than anything. I almost died staying awake for too long before. It took everything an ER had to knock me out and save me from seizing to death. My heart and soul and prayers are with you all the way. For always.

As someone who lives with chronic pain, I am praying for you dear soul.
I had a doctor like this. He took my blood and I was almost crying in pain from the needle. He said I was lying about it hurting.
I have anemia. Iron medicine is known to cause stomach upset. I told the doctor it bothered my stomach. He said I was just being picky or I was too incompetent to have it with water.
He changed the medicine and I threw up 11 times in one school day. My dad picked me up, the nurse told him what happened.
The doctor said I was being picky and I needed to get used to it.
I stopped taking the medicine, I stopped going to the doctor. That was 3 years ago

i know exactly how this feels :( it’s the worst when even the doctors don’t know or believe you. also to completely miss out on even the smallest things that normal people get to do. and to feel like you’re going insane because the pain just doesn’t go away no matter what you do. i’m very sorry, but i understand. there are other people out there like us too, and that’s something that’s hard to believe, but it helps a little.

Around 30 mins ago I was crying in pain because I have severe eczema and I haven’t been sleeping well for a long time and especially after showering I felt like I’m burning. I just felt like killing myself to end the pain than I saw this thank you it makes me feel better ❤️

My mom has RSDS, which is often associated with trigeminal neuralgia because of their pain similarities. Shes one of a few worldwide cases of systemic, which means it affects her all over her body. It took her decades to get the right doctors. KEEP SEARCHING AND DONT ACCEPT NO FOR AN ANSWER!!! There is a doctor out there that can find ways to manage your symptoms. I hope you find the right team

I had sepsis and ostomiolitis which are infections and sepsis kills you within a day if you don’t get antibiotics and ostomiolitis is a bone infection and I was in hospital for 3 weeks and learned how to walk again and when I called 111 they said oh just take a bath!!!!
