How are the struts holding? Bought 1 from them with different model and one of them snapped. Thankfully I was able to dodge the door.

These new ones lift up the back faster than the old ones it looks like.

It’s expecting additional load weight when lifting. It will open slower once the ladder and gear are on it and shouldn’t fall down when fully lifted with all that weight.

Yea the new ones do lift up faster, once I put the ladder on it evened out a bit

not good for winter. it will not holding snow and ice stuck on the ladder
