- Try this Inner Thigh Workout at Home. This will tone up your inner thighs without any squats or lunges, all from a standing position! You will also burn calories as we will be activating active muscle tissue, so you will be increasing your natural metabolic rate, while we do your inner thigh exercises . Plus the bonus of toning your outer thighs, as well as your glutes!
This workout targets the lower body from a standing position using body weight only. As a qualified trainer, I coach you through the entire exercise video so this is a follow-along workout. We have 8 Inner thigh exercises and these have inner thigh isolation moves, this is how we really target your thighs. Only thing I would say is the audio doesn't say when to switch sides when stretching or it does too late which makes it harder to follow on for those who rely on the audio like I do, other than that the workout was perfect!

Doing the side leg move actually kills my opposite (standing) leg calf. Why? Smashing wee 5 minutes workout though.

I'm very bottom heavy and this is tough! I struggle with keeping the upper body straight during this as it wants to do a big tilt to the opposite side for balance. Means this bottom side needs more practice from me. Thanks!
