Beautiful, well done both. May I suggest you look at the much loved and sadly missed Steve Goodman’s beautiful love songs, such as Would You like to Learn to Dance. If you can’t find it alone, it may be in a black and white recording of a concert opening he did for Janis Ian. He also has some fun songs too, plus he wrote train they call city of New Orleans, a bunch of stuff with John prine and truth be told polished up a lot of rough drafts for a bunch a people forever in his debt, such as teaching Willie Nelsen how to tell a story song.
