OK something I forgot to mention in the video. When you download and extract the files, there will be a folder called SCP_Driver. You must go in that folder and find a SCP Driver application and open it. it will ask you to install a driver and once that is done, then you should be able to connect your devices properly. I apologize for the misunderstanding.
it's not working for me
After installing the SCP Driver, it refuses to find any controllers. It says:
"No compatable Bluetooth Radios found.
This only works for the Microsoft Bluetooth Stack."
Help?
WTHRZ You need to update your drivers.
And how exactly do i do that? What drivers do I need to update?

Edit: Now I've got a problem. The controller connects just fine but windows doesn't see it as an xbox controller, and steam doesn't detect it.
Edit Edit: Wait nevermind, I just had to install the scp driver that was included in the folder. It works perfectly.

BTW, it works on a Chromebook w/o any further software or triclk... so on Win 11, it asks me for a PIN - is it correct that the MAC address of the controller?
Does this work with a bluetooth keyboard and mouse as well cuz when I tried my cursor didn't move? And does this work for minecraft windows 10?
I personally haven't tried it with MC windows 10. In addition I believe you could connect your bluetooth keyboard and mouse through the bluetooth settings.

I really want to use my PDP Afterglow Wii U Pro controller with this but its not working, my bluetooth on my pc isnt even picking up the signal from my PDP controller
Third party controllers don't work. You need the real-deal.

I had that same issue, here’s what I did:
-Uninstalled WiinuSoft
-Reinstalled it
-Installed that “SCP driver” thing
-Then uninstalled that
-Then connected my controller
-Then I got that windows notification (the one the side of the screen) that the “Nintendo controller” got connected
-then I got a notification that my “Xbox360 Controller is connecting ”
When you get that notification on the side of screen that an xbox controller is connecting, it’ll work.

I It only My controller shows its connected, but wont really do anything (it wont rumble, it wont show as a controller) all it will do is sync. Does anyone know what I should do? It only says WiinU Pro is already running!
When I connect through wiiunsoft, it connect I think but, It just flashs a bit and the controller disconnects

More details. 1. You need software name "Toshiba bluetooth stack for windows" uninstall previous driver before install it
2. You need both Wiinusoft and Wiinupro. First run wiinupro after paired controller then hit "sync" at the same time as hit connect controller after it connect run wiinusoft for turn it into xbox360 controller.
3. Run both Wiinupro and Wiinusoft as "run as administrator"
4. Repeat these step when next time you play wiiu pro controller.
This work for me. It took me all day to make it

You don't need both WiinUPro anu WiinUSoft because they're both the same thing.

Is there a way for me to connect the controller without Bluetooth if I have the usb wire it came with?
USB alone wont work
My controller connects and i can test the rumble and everything and set it to controller one, but as soon as i enter something like big picture or a game on steam my controller disconnects. Do you have a solution for this?

I managed to get it connected for a minute but it just disconects its self right after, and even when it was connected and working in big picture it wasnt responding well. Also some times it just discontects right away after connecting it and then wont reconnect for a wile unless i unpair it in my bluetooth settings.
i get stuck on the part where the controller is supposed to connect to my pc, so i press the red button after i click on the button that looks for the wii u pro controller but after that it tells be it failed to connect and my Bluetooth setting thing on my pc asks me for a code and i cant get anywhere past that point? please help

I followed the tutorial as indicate, my joystick is well connect but when I go on steam tell it there is no controller deteceter if you knew how to solve the problem thank you for telling me.

i tried this with and without a bt dongle , Windows BT keeps asking me for a pairing code , and the wiiusoft connects for 1 minute maybe , and not even one game is playable.. any tips ?
when you connected it with wiinusoft, did you close the tab or minimize it? plus make sure you dont go to the setting when connecting the pro controller, just make sure bluetooth is on.
i did all the above, it does not matter with or without trying to map them. i cant play snes emulators or any other game. did i messed up at the xbox driver part maybe ? [ about to reboot my laptop a-gain ]
btw , i just rebooted and my xbox driver doesnt pop up also , i feel like a complete n00b -_-

Do you know the pin for the controller if you say 0000 or 1234 it won’t work because I have already tried that a bunch of times

Are you sure you have bluetooth and is it on > Try Using 3.1 version like he is, 3.3 the newest version wasn't working for me too > Make sure you read and do his pinned comment if it connects but doesn't show up.

does the battery need to be in the wiiu pro controller, or can you connect it by just plugging in the cable to the usb of the laptop?
It doens't have to be connected via usb, this is with wireless connection

i would say use another program to create an artificial xbox controller that steam can detect and just manually keybind everything to ur controller
I've bought a wireless Wii U Pro Controller on AliExpress (it's a parallel model, not official) and I just can't pair it to my PC. I've already tried WiiUSoft, the Toshiba drivers but my PC doesn't even recognize the device. Did anyone experience the same situation?

If you are seeing:
"No compatable Bluetooth Radios found.
This only works for the Microsoft Bluetooth Stack."
Then do this:
Run the SCPDriver.exe application and make sure that both "controller service" and "Bluetooth Driver" are checked. Then click uninstall. Once that's done, uncheck "Bluetooth Driver" and click install. This should work. If you need more help then look under "Read Me" in the main WiinUSoft folder. If it still doesn't work, try rebooting your PC. Sometimes a reboot is required to register driver updates. If that *STILL* doesn't work, please reply to this comment and I can try and help you.
its saying driver error for me
This won't connect to Steam no matter what I try; I've checked the Xbox controller in Steam as well. Everything else works fine, but Steam doesn't want to cooperate for some reason.

you don't go to the bluetooth settings to connect it, the wiinusoft application is where you connect it.
there isn't anything dangerous about this, but if you really want to, then yeah you could get the mayflash adapter.
do you mean a switch controller or a switch? if a controller, I would say get the 360 if its not working.
