hi! for any of those who have a newer firmware of cricut design space, this doesn't exactly work. but i found another work around! if it won't let you "make it" with a machine selection other than a joy because you don't have one set up (because you don't have one), then do this. save and exit your project, then go to your "my projects" and while having a print-then-cut machine setting selected, select the project file and select "make it" there. it should go to the same page as the video and you will be able to print without a print-then-cut machine! hope this helps ^^

All I have is the typical permanent vinyl for Cricut and I knew that there must be some workaround to print and cut stickers with the Joy, but I wasn't skilled enough to find it. I have looked at countless RUclips videos for something easy enough to follow and your explanation is perfect! I can't wait to make s tickers for my students. Thank you again!

Question, as I don’t have any of these materials yet so nothing has been hands on for me… Does it print the stickers with a backing? Because when she peels the outer layer off, it looks like a sticker being peeled. Or is it the mat that’s sticky?
