    I add onions in my beets, carrots, cucumber, lemon, chai seeds, ginger, mint, cinnamon smoothies and it helps me maintain regularity, relaxes me helps me with clear vision, keeps my oral hygiene healthy and makes my skin glow. To get rid of the onion breath, brush your teeth and gargle with food grade hydrogen peroxide or gargle with baking soda and water. Thank you for this video.

      That is quite some smoothie. I add a raw egg, peanut butter, and dessicated coconut, and banana. Followed by a freezing cold shower I used to be terrified off, but now I look forward to it, and I save a fortune on my power bill. I also brush my teeth with baking soda, and rinse/gargele with hydrogen peroxide.

    I knew onions were good for you. They’re in the alicin family.just like garlic. When I was younger, I always preferred onions over garlic. Now I just like both of them equally.Here is a recipe I used to put onions, whole in the oven with the skins on and bake them until they were soft. Depending on the size of the onion is how long you cook them in the oven. And they are delicious that way.Happy New Year and of course a healthy one.

    I love onions, any kind, any was. When I was a kid I would eat onion sandwiches. Onion, mayo bread, especially when Mom brought home a fresh loaf straight from the bakery.

  • @buckaroobonzai2909
    @buckaroobonzai2909 7 месяцев назад +2

    I put onions in Tuna salad, soup, sandwich, potato/eggs/bacon sort of breakfasts, burritos, raw on hotdogs, with liver, slightly cooked on philly-cheese steak style hot sandwich sort of dishes, and a lot more.
    Basically, any beef, chicken, or potato dish can contain onions. So can any salad.
    The only way I don't see onions making sense is if they are part of a ham-steak meal or in a smoothie or with a lot of dairy or something, but even then you still have onion wines and chip dips where the dairy-based dip will have some kind of onion powder or flavoring in it.

The allicin, quercetin, fisetin, di sulphide and trisulphide content stays the same and is extremely healthy for mortal human being’s. We use “ Ball “ glass canning jars for good measure. Sulphur… that’s just one of the compounds amongst many others that makes onions so darn great and ever more powerful - the reds are better than whites although I do love both… remember though to remove the heart from an onion before you consume it as this part is quite indigestible… doesn’t break down in the gut and is mainly responsible for the episodes of bloating.. gut discomfort and excessive gas in most humans…
    Thank you

      Hey there! Great question! For maximum benefits, aim for 1-2 onions per week eaten raw in salads, salsas, etc. Cooked in meals is great too, just don't overcook. Eating with main meals helps absorption. Mix up the types - red, white, shallots for different nutrients. Let me know if you need recipe ideas! The consumption is also a matter of personal taste; many people eat onions every day. Thank you for watching! 💚

    To eat onon is good for coking or fresh?

    • @IncrediblyHealthy

      Hello! Thanks for asking! Both fresh raw onions and cooked onions have health benefits! Eating them raw gives you the maximum amount of nutrients, especially powerful compounds like quercetin and anthocyanins. Adding raw onions to salads, salsas, sandwiches etc is a great way to get those benefits. Stay Healthy!

    If science could find a way to prevent mass bloating when eating an onion , then I would consider it. I look like i'm nine and a half to ten months pregnant when I eat an onion.

    Just watch out, after they are diced, they go bad if not refrigerated and cause food poisoning. A fast food restaurant had it happen before they learned
