    I put 5-6 cloves in a half glass of water and leave them overnight. I drink the water in the morning, (leaving just a little water to keep the cloves wet), and I chew the SOFTENED cloves within two days. Love it!!

    I heard that keeping the bacteria low in your mouth helps with whitening the teeth. It's the bacteria in the mouth that causes cavities.
    My dentist gave me a tongue cleaner. She said it gets a lot of junk out. I have been sucking on cloves and tried it and nothing came out and my teeth were looking a little better not having taken the cloves for too long.
    I recently heard about the benefits of cloves had no idea they could do so much.
    When I grew up the only time cloves were used was when baking ham.
    Glad to know better now.
    Thanks for sharing.

      Absolutely, maintaining low bacteria levels in the mouth is key for dental health and cloves can be a great aid in this. It's fascinating how traditional spices like cloves have such diverse health benefits, far beyond just culinary uses. I'm glad this information has been eye-opening for you and has improved your dental health!

    I have started using one clove, first thing, on an 'empty' stomach. I let it absorb saliva, and, occasionally, chew gently. I may introduce a second clove, before bed. as pointed out in another comment, one can (should?) include some form of calcium, to minimize oxalate uptake. planning to use a tablespoon of plain/unsweetened yogurt. 🙏

    • @HealthNovity
      @HealthNovity  10 месяцев назад +4

      It's great that you're incorporating cloves into your daily routine and thinking about balancing it with calcium! Yogurt is a good choice as it can help with oxalate absorption. Introducing a second clove gradually is a sensible approach. Keep listening to your body's responses to these changes!

    Take about 6 cups water, set to boil. Add a tablespoon of crushed cloves, 4 hibiscus tea bags, 3 chamomile bags, a couple green tea bags, honey and maybe some fennel or rosemary. Once mixture begins to boil remove from heat and steep at least 20 minutes. Add a quarter cup lemon juice.
    I keep it in fridge, take a cup out and zap it in the microwave. Enjoy with vanilla soy cream. Is delicious. Cures everything.

    Though cloves r delicious, prepare for an intense flavour and a numb mouth if u chew them😄. I'd put ground cloves in water and then drink it down. I like it in tea as well.

      That's a great tip! Cloves do have a strong flavor, and using them in ground form in water or tea can be a more palatable option. Thanks for sharing your method!

      Cloves can be consumed at any time of day. If using them for digestion, having them after meals might be beneficial. However, it's always good to consult a nutritionist for personalized advice.

    Value added information indeed. Thanks to the Author. Initially looking at the Skull, I was scared because I used to take it early morning with hot water mixing Turmeric Powder. Scare spilled over due to confronting observations in RUclips on Clove making it carefully to be taken. Otherwise it might have negative effects on Health Metabolic System. I shall be glad to have the Author's kind views. In India,Clove is treated as essential Centuries Old Ayurvedic ingredient for Health Care Management.
