Your videos are awesome, Minidance! I'm so happy I subscribed.
    Questions for Director Yuji:
1.) *I would love to know more about how much influence the artist(s) have over the creative process during the shooting for music videos and post-production.*
Do the artists get much of a say? Is every aspect decided by the creative concept team (director, video editor, producer, stylists, etc) or do the artists get to change things while shooting (for example, the director wants a particular feel for a scene so they tell the artist they have to act in a certain way, but the artist wants to act with different facial expressions/actions/whatever)?
Do the artists get a play-by-play of what the final MV is expected to look like when it's fully edited, before they start shooting, so that they can prepare themselves and understand the concept fully? A lot of MV's get a million fan theories, but do the artists even get to know everything or is it just the director that knows everything?
Especially with artists that are known to be self-produced like BTS or Seventeen, we fans know that the music itself is from them, but it's hard to know what portions from the music videos we love are directly from the artists (like BTS' HYYH series, which I believe is Bang PD's baby, right?) and what is just them following someone else's instructions
2.) In one of Director Yuji's reaction videos, he mentioned how utterly professional the artists are while shooting. The choreography is perfected before they even step into the studio, they shoot countless takes even though the night and early morning, the show must go on. *Does he have any stories about the how much an artist had to push themselves and stay professional about it? Or a time he was impressed by someone's dedication despite difficult filming circumstances?*

I would like to know despite everything they plan beforehand, how much improvisation they do on spot? Does he have any interesting stories of last minute changes that ended up making the final cut?

Hi. I love your channel. The videos are well edited, fun and informative.
I'd like to ask Director Yuji what it was like working with BoA. She's my first introduction to K-pop and "Hurricane Venus" is the video that made me think Korean production standards where on another level.
BoA seems to have a strong aura, and "Cameo" was no exception. Is this her real character? Or is this something that's brought out by the director?

Hello! I enjoy your reactions to the music videos! I appreciate the interesting parts of music videos and choreography you and your guests discuss.
Could you please ask Director Yuji how much Western music and videos influence the music videos and music being produced in KPop? A criticism I hear of KPop is it has become "westernized." Does Director Yuji agree that has happened? Or, has KPop always been "westernized?"
Would you also please ask Director Yuji what he thinks needs to happen for KPop to be more widely accepted in Korea? I have read that KPop is considered not as important as soccer or ballet, so I am curious what would help it seem important.
Thank you for considering my questions. Thank you for sharing your love for BTS, your time and your knowledge with us! :)

    Here's a suggestion
Explain some of the songs of BTS that only Koreans will understand
I've seen videos like these online but I think I would like to see it coming from you

Congratulations Minidance... My questions to the director are:
1 - How do you become a music video director? (what kind of background do you have?)
2 - How did you get to work with kpop stars like BoA or Baek A Yeon? (how do you get the chance to work on the projects?)
3 - Any particular artist you want to work with (Korean or not)?
Sorry I have too many questions... XD

When and why do music video directors choose to go black and white? Like his G soul MV, or "Really Really" by Winner.
