I bought my hydrogen water bottle from amazon. £26 i paid. The best £26 ive ever invested in my health. I was taking only 2 glasses each day as apposed to the 6 recommended. After 5 days my psiatic pain , my lower back pain , inflamatiin on my joins and my shoulder pain had complety gone on the 5 morning i woke up in bed. Normally every morning i was in a lot of pain when i woke and took me a few minutes to be able to move enough to get out of bed. Now im like a spring chicken , no pain killers needed anymore , i feel like a totally different person.
how can you get a good one so cheap? They so expensive usually .

There all different prices. I bought the one that had good reviews. The HOIDOLKY from amazon at £26 . I told a friend of mine last week to buy it , and he got it for £19.99. Sods law in my case it dropped in price. Just goto the amazon shopping page and type in Hydrogen water bottle, and they all appear.
Would have been nice if you have told us how to get it.

You can get food grade h2o2 35%.can only use with pure water(like distilled) one drop.8 oz.
Not the same thing as what they are talking about here which is H2, hydrogen peroxide H2O2 does something different.

Most of my patients that have tried this complain of a metallic taste and or GI distress. Read your authentic reviews before purchasing. With that said, the taste can be easily masked with Kool aid liquid.

Absolutely not, do NOT drink H2O2 under any circumstances!
If you drink food grade hydrogen peroxide 35%. And dilute it, you'll be 100% fine doctor's don't like you taking it because they're in the Business of SELLING PHARMACEUTICALS.

Can only say the H202 protocol saved my life when I had severe asthma. When medicine offers you nothing, what have you got to lose? Similarly, when doctors couldn't diagnose source of severe pain and swelling in lower leg and all they offered me was addictive opioids and muscle relaxants I did my research and decided on DMSO internally. Within 2 weeks the swelling and pain I had suffered with for almost 2 years was gone. Than k God conventional medicine hasn't been able to deprive us of alternatives although the government(cdc,fda) are working to deprive us of our right to decide for ourselves what is good for us.

Great vlog, however where does he get these glasses from, on the thumbnail they are green but on the podcast they are blue. He obviously buys glasses like women buy handbags or purses or shoes. He must have a collection on a par with Elton John.😅

Acid water, what acid? Hydrochloric, like stomach acid?
He got his fiber intake up to 60 gms a day but doesn't tell us how he did it. Eat more fiber rich foods? Add psyllium husks to his protein shakes? What did he do? A friend of mine did this and ended up in surgery with a blocked colon.
Then we don't learn where we can buy a reputable product.
It sounds like your friend's gut microbiome didn't grow fast enough to digest all the fiber, which ended up blocking the colon. On the Zoe Podcast, Dr. Tim Spector mentioned about the Hadza people, a protected hunter-gatherer Tanzanian indigeneous ethnic group, who consumed much more fiber than us. They had healthier and more diverse gut microbiome, and (this is important!): *_their poop was weighted almost 10x ours._* So, if you consume more fiber, there should also be more weight in your poop. Otherwise, the undigested fiber would block the colon like what happened to your friend.
I took my first tablet in water today …tasted like food grade peroxide to me. So let me see how this goes

@@ChevySS1968Mercola is one of the brands listed. The other ones are from companies I've never heard of.
This has something to it, a balance of liquid is very important. However something is off. Not to say studies of over hydration or excessive consumption of water isn't old news experts to agree on.The mystery of his illness unfortunately for me puts me at a disbelief of intent. However understanding the chemicals of water and its use is critical.
I looked into this inthe past and there is something to it probably like I notice I do not get a flush taking niacin and H2 water together and while I wasn't paying attention to the health story, it was a bit all out there and hard to believe and sounded more like a sales pitch.

Probably covid19 I mean ever since I got covid in 2021 I've been much weaker thereafter. I used to train 10 hours a day.

With the miniscule amount of salt I added to 10 oz. of water, I found that I needed to crank the voltage of my power supply up to 24v. I watched it bubble for five minutes and then drank the Kool-Aid. Amazingly, it cured all that ailed me overnight, as far as I know.
That water will kill you, it's not the same thing as H2
