In a recent video, I interviewed world-famous hydrogen expert, Dr Shigeo Ohta, on his extensive studies on the effects of hydrogen on the human body. It was a fascinating discussion and so eye opening. As someone who likes to travel the world and learn from different cultures, this was truly an educational experience and one that I wish to pursue and learn about in more and more detail, all of which will be documented and shared on this channel. Present at the interview was Tyler LeBaron, a friend who was introduced to me by Dr. Mercola, and who I later sat down with, cameras rolling, and the following video is the result of an in-depth discussion on the miracle benefits of hydrogen from his perspective, experience, and study. Tyler is the executive director of the Molecular Hydrogen Institute.
While hydrogen has profound benefits on the human body and our health in preventative and therapeutic ways, more and more people are taking advantage of its benefits. We are just scratching the surface of hydrogen on this channel, while it is widely used in Japan, it is a relatively unknown, or at least, very new practice in the west. Throughout Tokyo and the rest of Japan, hydrogen is becoming a huge part of the lifestyle and the results from what I have seen speak for themselves. The Japanese have always been at the forefront of health in my opinion and I am always intrigued to learn more and immerse myself as much as possible. Japan has played an important role in what I do, and it is a country I have traveled to many times, doing research, and interviewing leading scientists. Be sure to watch the videos of both Dr. Ohsumi, Nobel Prize winning scientist whose research on autophagy won him the coveted prize in 2016, and Dr. Ohta, both of whom have worked together and whose respective studies shared some interesting parallels when it comes to autophagy as well as our video on visiting a hydrogen spa.

This guy reminds me of myself. I first learned about therapeutic applications of hydrogen around 2008, a few years after reading a book by Patrick Flanagan when I was 14. I found out that Patrick produced a supplemental form of "active hydrogen" or negatively charged hydrogen atoms, (monoatomic, H-). What a long way I've come since then. The world has come a long way, too--no thanks to the news or the msm "pop culture." It's brave and honest dudes like Tyler who push science forward in an age when real scientists are almost complete gone in America. Our governmental funding is completely corrupt and has been used to suppress all actually helpful findings in health for decades. This hydrogen stuff isn't new. It's been used in Japan and Korea for over 25 years. Make people accountable for their lies and deceit. Pay attention to who you vote for. Seriously... God bless.

Dr. Patrick Flannagan doesn't nearly get enough credit for his discoveries in Hyrdrogen water. I started taking megahydrate 14 years ago, and had a profound change in my health and energy levels. Unfortunatley, the megahydrate that is available now is not the same as it was just 3-4 years ago. It seems that after his death, someone changed the formula from the original version. It does not contain silica hydra anymore, but instead is replaced by boron.
It’s too bad today in 2023 that the general media has trashed Dr. mercola because of his views on the Vaccine. It I will always believe in him, I’ve been listening to him since the 90’s. He’s still the best health educator ever. ❤

I had a problem with leg cramps especially after exercise, at night I'm up several times stretching trying to get rid of my cramps I have tryed lots of over the counter remines. My daughter was aware of hydrogen water and convinced me to try drinking hydrogen water last January 2019 and about a month after I start drinking hydrogen water no more cramps I could not believe it, dealing with this problem most of my life and hydrogen water were the answer.
Low potassium is usually the problem of leg cramps..

Magnesium tablets give me diarrhea and i'm afraid of interaction with the meds i'm taking. This is why an inhaler or a H2 water generator i think is best.
@@danieldelaney3080 magnesium citrate will loosen bowels. You should do fine with magnesium glycinate. Very doubtful that it would interact with meds but your pharmacist can tell you for sure. Hydrogen water would likely help leg cramps. I'd love to chat more about it with you if you are open?

I love the videos with Tyler. Very informative. My question, from my research, Tyler has been working with this in Japan, but the product that he is associated with is manufactured in China. I have read research from a couple of sources that state the quality of the metal used in China to make the plates is not as good as the metal used in Japan to make the plates. I would love to hear Tyler's thoughts on this. I have been unable to find a way to contact him directly. Thank you!

H2 is easy. Just get 2 carbon objects / rods / electrodes. Put in plain drinking water, no salts or solutions added, add a small voltage, anything from 3 to 13 volts. Within minutes, hydrogenated drinking water.
Make sure not to use copper or aluminium, carbon only although iron works but with iron ions.
Maybe it's the hydrogen bonding that changes or removes contaminants such as oxidation damage. As doctor Sinclair said the scroll dna damage occurs.

I tried the food grade and it is definitely not the same as just good old H2. I would not suggest consuming food grade hydrogen due to the potential BURN you may encounter. Trust that, I was literally burned by it....

I currently drink distilled water to avoid excess contaminants in my water because I have a bad liver.

@@sashaibragimova I drink ERW or ionized water. I run tap water through a really good pre-filter and then into the ionizer. You might benefit from that but I don't want to suggest just in case it is not good for your liver. It is still high in natural minerals like calcium, potassium and magnesium. I think you could still use the hydrogen tablets in your water. You can get them on amazon and I've tested the ORP and it's strong! (oxidant reducing property aka antioxidant). If you look at Pubmed, NCBI or Google scholar, you can do some research into hydrogen gas and the liver. There are some incredible studies that have been done.

I have been studying the cell and what I discovered is crazy. Our cell is 70 %empty because it's pure energy and that energy inside the cell is hydrogen. The cell needs hydrogen in your order to function.

Obviously you are an uneducated person. The process they are referring to is called gas-washing in a lab. It involves bubbling pure hydrogen nano-bubbles to saturate the water with additional hydrogen. The irony here is that what you think you know is the real "utter crap."

You can use food grade hydrogen peroxide diluted in drinking water.

Yes, but hydrogen peroxide is H2O2. It's water with an extra oxygen molecule. You have to use 3% and dilute it further by adding 1drop to a glass of distilled water. Increase the drops daily for a week then reverse the process.
