The world has come a long way, too--no thanks to the news or the msm "pop culture." It's brave and honest dudes like Tyler who push science forward in an age when real scientists are almost complete gone in America. Dr. Patrick Flannagan doesn't nearly get enough credit for his discoveries in Hyrdrogen water. I started taking megahydrate 14 years ago, and had a profound change in my health and energy levels. Unfortunatley, the megahydrate that is available now is not the same as it was just 3-4 years ago. It seems that after his death, someone changed the formula from the original version. It does not contain silica hydra anymore, but instead is replaced by boron.

I was getting between 4-5ppm in my water bottles and it literally took my body pains away. The other effect it had was on my joints. I felt like they had become more fluid and smooth. Just don't really like the taste of the capsules in the water. I might try the electric hydrolysis bottles.
I had a problem with leg cramps especially after exercise, at night I'm up several times stretching trying to get rid of my cramps I have tryed lots of over the counter remines. I looked at the ingredients of these tablets and it says magnesium. Is there any difference between these tablets and magnesium tablets? Hydrogen is so expensive, and magnesium is cheaper. but I don't know or understand enough about this. Any thoughts on this? Thank you.

Magnesium tablets give me diarrhea and i'm afraid of interaction with the meds i'm taking. This is why an inhaler or a H2 water generator i think is best.
@@danieldelaney3080 magnesium citrate will loosen bowels. You should do fine with magnesium glycinate. Very doubtful that it would interact with meds but your pharmacist can tell you for sure. Hydrogen water would likely help leg cramps. I'd love to chat more about it with you if you are open?
I love the videos with Tyler. Very informative. My question, from my research, Tyler has been working with this in Japan, but the product that he is associated with is manufactured in China. I have read research from a couple of sources that state the quality of the metal used in China to make the plates is not as good as the metal used in Japan to make the plates. I would love to hear Tyler's thoughts on this. I have been unable to find a way to contact him directly. Thank you!

@@sashaibragimova I drink ERW or ionized water. I run tap water through a really good pre-filter and then into the ionizer. You might benefit from that but I don't want to suggest just in case it is not good for your liver. It is still high in natural minerals like calcium, potassium and magnesium. I think you could still use the hydrogen tablets in your water. You can get them on amazon and I've tested the ORP and it's strong! (oxidant reducing property aka antioxidant). If you look at Pubmed, NCBI or Google scholar, you can do some research into hydrogen gas and the liver. There are some incredible studies that have been done.
I have been studying the cell and what I discovered is crazy. Our cell is 70 %empty because it's pure energy and that energy inside the cell is hydrogen. The cell needs hydrogen in your order to function. Wat does this mean is that we get sick simply because of the lack of hydrogen in our body. A low level magnesium is a lack of hydrogen. H2 is easy. Just get 2 carbon objects / rods / electrodes. Put in plain drinking water, no salts or solutions added, add a small voltage, anything from 3 to 13 volts. Within minutes, hydrogenated drinking water. Make sure not to use copper or aluminium, carbon only although iron works but with iron ions.

H2O2 is hydrogen peroxide. During the chemical process of electrolysis, electrical energy is applied to water, resulting in the formation of oxygen gas at the anode, and hydrogen gas at the cathode. That is how it is separated and H2 is isolated.

The machine was too speedy so I’ve just been taking a few swigs of hydrogen peroxide for a cheaper route. It has not gone well. If any1 else is trying to save money on hydrogen water don’t do peroxide! It’s yucky and my kids usually spit it out..

This is an interesting dichotomy as Dr. Tyler has mentioned that for some people, inhaling molecular hydrogen, didn't seem to bring about the same benefits of drinking hydrogen infused water. The water seems to need to be at a certain parts per million to be effective, though, and the effects seem to last around 4-5 hours depending on saturation.

You might benefit from that but I don't want to suggest just in case it is not good for your liver. It is still high in natural minerals like calcium, potassium and magnesium. I think you could still use the hydrogen tablets in your water. You can get them on amazon and I've tested the ORP and it's strong! (oxidant reducing property aka antioxidant). If you look at Pubmed, NCBI or Google scholar, you can do some research into hydrogen gas and the liver. There are some incredible studies that have been done.

This is an interesting dichotomy as Dr. Tyler has mentioned that for some people, inhaling molecular hydrogen, didn't seem to bring about the same benefits of drinking hydrogen infused water.
