I loved when claudia had to slow down the sumo squats. It made me feel really good knowing I can slow the pace down and actually seeing somebody do it was awesome. Another amazing workout.
My father, brother and I do these workouts atleast 3-4 times a week. You guys have been a constant and we keep referring to Hasfit in our normal conversations too. Much love from India ❤️
l love your workouts. You have helped me with my mindset when it comes to modifying. I used to feel really bad about having to modify moves. For some reason, seeing Claudia do the moves and also realizing she is still getting a good workout, has made me feel so much better about modifying!

I did this workout today thinking “that felt really good!” at the end (I’m use to Longer/heavier workouts but was short on time today). Three hours later my legs are feeling it! Love it! Thanks HasFit team! PS: the funcional mobility work before and after- I really need that stuff but do so little. Thank you for incorporating it into the routine!

Claudia, lots of people have serious wrist issues. The high plank on knees exercise could be done well on forearms. I wanted to suggest that you offer that as an alternative sometimes. ~Laura in Oregon
I really liked this work out. Congrats on the new baby! The only negative thing was that there were three times that the workout stopped for ads. That seemed kind of ridiculous.

Love these workouts, I have been doing them for years now. Wow another baby, how many do you have now? I am at the in-between stage where I am still too fit for the senior workouts but need to pace myself as the years are passing. Thank you for providing these and keeping me so fit in my older years :-) xx
Watched and tried this routine after a long pause in exercising. 8 minutes into the routine and I am already barely breathing. I will do this routine as often as possible and will one day go back this comment, knowing that I can finally finish the whole routine with stronger body.
Loved this work out varied and time went quite quick through most of the workouts😂😂 Makes me feel better when the talk about modifications on stretch to toes I can never get there!!!

Thank you for new videos. But this one was way too easy for me. I miss your old school Tabata HIIT videos that burn 500 and even 700 calories. If you could add new ones like that to the repertoire it'd be great! The old ones have been playing on repeat in my house for years lol

is HIIT more effective for muscle or just healthier for the heart and such because more cardio ? im very skinny and dont want to lose more weight but i do feel better in the health aspect doing more cardio not sure if HIIT is for me
