Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.
Blessed and Happy New Year! I gained 7-pounds over the holidays that I'm going to lose in a couple of weeks of my HASfit morning workouts. I'll still have 30-pounds to reach my goal weight and consistency and discipline will take care of those! Blessings!!
Love this! This 20- Minute HIIT workout is the next step up from the 30-Minute Beginner HIIT for me. Less time but more intensity. I've got to get a set of heavier dumbbells, too!☺
This was a CHALLENGING and HARD workout but I LOVE this format. My arms and legs are still sore and on fire 🔥 from the 30 minute I done with u guys. Thank-u for Another AMAZING workout!
I am so on a roll with these! I've been making efforts at least twice a week over the past 3-4 months to do these, if I can I'll try to get in a 3rd or even a 4th day if I'm not too torn down or worn out from work or whatever I have going on throughout the days and weeks. It's always great to do these and see you 2! And I look forward to the next ✋️👊👍🤘🦵💪

If I can drop a suggestion: please insert a clock with sound during the exercises, so we all know how much time is left per exercise. Have a blessed day!
Thank you for another great workout! I enjoyed this interval training. I had to make an adjustment to the push up exercise as I recently injured my shoulder. I did a chest press with a hip up instead. I tried to work the same muscle groups but in a different way because you two always say "make this workout work for you". Thanks again!

I cannot do the pushup with triceps pull. I cannot even do the push up with full range down as not enough strength to push up the body, what alternative exercise do you suggest for people like me who do not have enough strength to do a proper push up

Add a NORMAL TIMER that will show the duration of the exercise and not the total time of the workout!!
